    I had chicken and pasta bake with some cauliflower - was perfectly ok, but your bacon and chorizo version sounds much better!!

    Do you find Paul McKenna any good? I am totally addict to crisps and chocolate...ahemmm and partial to a little alcohol too! Is it worth the investment??

    Evening Hypno...I have probably been eating over 40 points a day recently :eek: I need to take control of it as I have summer clothes to get into and at the moment I feel horrendous

    I like Paul McKenna's stuff, but then as I am a hypnotherapist too, I am bound to say that it works.....!

    So, for me, it is good........as long as I use it - obviously if I put it back on the shelf for a few weeks, the old habits creep back in again pretty quickly, but I do find that it helps to focus my mind a bit more than just going it alone.

    Souk, we eat a lot of cous cous too - fabby with roasted veggies :D

    With the amount of digging you have been doing, you will have negated all those extra points. According to WW website, 1 hour of digging = 3 points, and you have done loads over the last few days!
