Even if it does no good weight wise, it is half an hour of much needed deep relaxation, so I am happy enough either way!
It's also another 30 minutes when you can't eat as you're asleep - that would swing it for me A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

According to my scales, sally, I put on 3 or 4 lbs last week! So it is more about damage limitation - another couple of weeks like that and I would be back at my heaviest.
I have a party that I want to buy a new frock for at the end of June.....and I want to look semi-respectable as I will be amongst "the beautiful people" That is my motivation at the moment....... Hi, I've possibly found a new way to make money: a bar boot. Yep: one of the reasonably local, trendier pubs hires out a room on a monthly basis: you get a table for 4 hours; it's dry and warm and you don't have to get up at stupid o'clock!
