Well I did 3 miles again, so am happy enough with that. And have had healthy stir fry veggies and prawns, so well within my points limit for the day. I haven't done enough to save me from the scales tomorrow, but it will certainly be better than it was last week (although I didn't WI properly, just did it at home, and didn't record it, so the WW figures will be compared with 2 weeks ago).

I'll try and get out for another run on Friday evening.......need to get back into the habit!

Hope you have all had a good day x

Sounds like you're doing well Hypno....think I need to join ww properly again as I've been guessing points and, you've guessed it, the lbs are going back on! Grrrr! xx

I've generally guessed before, and I then have a few weeks where I don't lose anything despite me being sure I am being "good", so I give up.

This time I decided to do it properly and apart from those few days where I didn't count points at all, I have been fairly accurate I think with the points, which will hopefully pay dividends over the next few weeks.

Well done on the run :T Don't know how you have the energy after work!

Good that you are back on track with the diet - one week's blip probably won't do too much harm :A

Well, other than weekends (not when we are racing, because that involves a 4am start) I don't have time to run in the mornings - my bus leaves at 7am and I really don't want to have to set the alarm any earlier than the 6am it already goes off......so after work is really my only chance.

I did have to go straight upstairs and get changed and out the door though - if I had sat down for a second, or put the kettle on, then I would have found it much harder to get out there!

Blimey. I can't see me ever doing a Marathon - Lord knows how I will do a half :o. I sent off my cheque for the GNR place today. It's through a friend who managed to wangle herself 2 places, so has kindly offered one to me.

26 miles - non-stop? I really can't get my head around that one.......
