Well done on the weightloss lady and the running!
P.S Wardrobe stuff and glamourising is my thing so PM if you wna t any help with the capsule wardrobe! X'The road to a friends house is never long'0 -
Thanks souk - I need things that will make an almost 40 year old 5ft 4 slightly overweight pear shaped look 10 years younger, 5 inches taller, and 2 stone lighter......
They must be cost effective, but good quality....not too trendy (I prefer classic) and preferably don't require ironing.
Easy peasy :rotfl:Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
Maybe when you've reached your goal weight, you could go on the telly and get "Gok'd" - I'm sure Channel 4 pay for a whole wardrobe of clothes and he is very good!0

I would love to be Gok'd.......but I would not wish my almost naked form on the licence paying public. I know that its not on BBC, but I still think most would ask for their money back.
I couldn't show my cellulite on telly however much of a new wardrobe was on offer!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

The Gok stuff confuses me - "I can't bear my husband to see me naked..."etc then they get their kit off in front of everyone???? mmm... I do like his makeovers as you could actually imagine wearing the clothes!Mortgage OP 2025 £7550/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

I would happily go without breathing if I thought it could make me look like that!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

It will. Or you could go for the push up ones which send everything skyward..."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Its not the waist upwards that I would have the problem with, but the waist downwards. Not a pretty sight, and would look even huger when compared with a cinched in waist!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes.
