When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

So let's get this right - you Googled and found an ancient forum thread started in 2010 (FOUR years ago) and you actually wasted time then reading the ancient answers and assumed that nothing had changed?

And yet on any forum the first page of the board is only ever ONE click away and you didn't just click that single click, to check the current advice on page one? Please click one click to get to where you should have gone and read the current advice on appealing and winning if this was in England/Wales (where the law changed in 2012). We have new posts every single day that fill the first two pages - and yet you have missed all the current threads.

See my signature which tells you where to click on the breadcrumb trail which was there for you all along to get 'home' and off this OLD archive thread.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top of this/any page where it says:
Forum Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
