I'm a bit torn between wanting to rant at you little jaffa and wanting to change the subject entirely so that you drop into obscurity. However, I've given in to myself just enough to say How dare you hijack Lynz's thread with your negativity? Lynz is wonderfully helpful to anyone and everyone on this forum who asks for help. Could I suggest that you look up some of her previous posts, read them, and then come back here and apologise to her?No one minds you expressing your opinion, but you owe it to yourself and those around you to at least try to make sure it is an informed one and that you express yourself in a courteous manner. Please find out about Lynz before passing judgement on her and ONE of her thousands of posts. I think you'll find that on this occasion, your opinion was misguided.Official Debt Free Wannabe Nerd Club member 095! Debt Now:

I dont post too often on this board and have only just read this whole thread this afternoon.
Lynz, I cant say anything to you to help but I just wanted to send my thoughts to you at this low point you are going through. Your name stands out on this board as one of the most supportive and non judgemental people on here and I for one am in a better place thanks to advice that you have given (to myself and on other peoples threads). I am sending you positive vibes as we speak. Dont forget that for every one negative person who has posted on this thread there is hundreds (no exaggeration) that are behind you.:A
Little Jaffa, everyone is entitled to their opinions but yours are downright insulting and should either be kept to yourself or worded in a much less rude and judgemental way. There is always someone in the world who is worse off than you but it doesn't make our problems seem less important to us does it? This board is a place where people can come to let off steam and have a good old moan if they want to, I myself have done so in the past and kind words and thoughts cannot make the problems go away but they can make them seem that little bit easier to cope with.
So "If you can't say anything nice, Dont bother"0 -
Well done Lynz! :T :T :T
I truly admire your spirit. Put it out of your mind Lynz;) Get some rest and have a lovely break. You take the energy you need and be kind to you and yours!
I hope all the love & respect on this board reaches you - & others who need it. I also hope that any other newbies like myself, can see that this is an open, non-judgemental forum with good advice and kind hearts waiting to help or even just to listen. We're even known to have a laugh once in a while!;)
Posting on here is much better than sitting alone in your misery, scared about who or what letter may come through the door next and feeling that no-one could possibly understand what you're going through and not knowing where to turn next. Posting on here is a positive "I want to deal with this" action to take and sensible because we've all got such a variety of experiences and if someone can't give you an answer, they'll tell you where you can find it.
Debt is more than a page of numbers or a balance sheet - it's people's lives!
I'm ranting now, aren't I? Do you think I'm ranting? Am I ranting? Really - tell me if I'm ranting. I'm still ranting aren't I? :rotfl:

Any sign of a kiss and make up in the air?
LittleJaffa, you're fully entitled to your opinions about whether Lynz was being self pitying but try and bear in mind that no matter how trivial someones problems may appear to be, to them they are the most important problems in the world. Would you put an arm around a friend if you saw them crying, or would you just tut and tell them to get a grip and stop wingeing? Sometimes having someone empathise with you for a moment can make you feel a lot better and help put things into perspective.
I'm sorry, don't mean to preach - I feel a bit sorry for the angry mob that appears to be chasing you around the forum at the moment and hope everyone can be friends again!
Lynz. Very sorry to hear your news. GP0 -

I would hope that the feelings of some people have been made clear without being malicious or insulting, as I said earlier. That honestly wasn't my intention. I'm sorry but it was just wrong of littlejaffa to say those things about anyone.
Lynz has made her feelings perfectly clear and knows of the support and caring she has on this forum. She can more than hold her own and she did it Lynz- style.:)
As we now know this, I think it's a good time to return to business as usual in helping each other, which is what I think Lynz would want.
I apologise if my posts have offended the forum."If you realized how powerful your thoughts are, you would never think a negative thought." ~ by Peace Pilgrim.***'You just got Tiffed!'***0 -
I think we should all sit down and have a nice cup of tea. Would you like a cup of tea? Oh, g'won, g'won g'won g'won g'wom now...0
