Good Afternoon TrollZappers and visitors - a bright sunny aftenoon - still a ccccchill in the wind though

Had a longer lie in than planned this morning - those 3 whiskies and the chocolate must have knocked me out - when you think about when we were not that much younger, we would have a bottle of whisky between us no problem and get up and go to work the next day - ah the good old days when we could afford that for a start - not that we could do it now even if we could afford it mind - those 3 were more than enough for us both. Since we both lost weight and changed the way we eat and drink completely, we just can't take big meals and much alcohol - which is good really - isn't it? It's just that after those 3 drinks and the rubbish we ate last night, I can hardly move - my whole body aches - it gets my arthritis going mad - that will teach me - so no rubbish next Monday night after weigh-in

3Dogs - it is indeed strange the way your body changes when losing weight, makes you realise how unhealthy you must have been before:(. Hope the arthritis eases soon and you get moving again.

firstly do not respond to the comment as this invariably is what the person wants. At the bottom of the post, on the left hand side is a red "warning" triangle. Click this and then "send" the message that comes up. This will report the message to abuse who will review it's content and delete it.

The person we had this morning was particularly vile and nasty and please believe me is an extreme rarity here.
Above all PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE BOARDS. THIS SITE IS AN ASSET TO SO MANY, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT FEELS THE WORLD IS FALLING IN ON YOU. THERE IS SUCH A WEALTH OF ADVICE HERE TO BE HAD THAT THE COMMENTS OF ONE MUST NOT DETER YOU FROM AVAILING YOURSELF OF THE KNOWLEDGE HERE!!!!

It is testament to the work that martin has done and continues to do that so many people give their time knowledge and experience freely to others, without judgement, to lift people out of the depths of debt crisis
