I'm back from slimming class - I stayed the same this week - that's OK with me 'cause I had a good loss last week - I've got 3 lbs to go for my 4 stone loss but it is taking AGES to get there - but get there I will - mind you there's lots to go after that but I look at half a stone at a time - that makes it do-able. DH needed to lose this week 'cause he went over his target range last week - and he lost 2 lbs so he is back in that target band.

So we are sitting here eating chocolate (don't want any more of that thanks - I feel ill already!) and having one or four whisky & diet coke Naughty naughty ............ but oh so nice

Anyway I checked Fred was OK and then went to read Spoons NSD thread to find TrollZappers galore running riot over there, so had to come back to check that they had not been neglecting their duties over here - full marks - everything in order :j :j

Nargle - I seem to remember the last time you were in Wisbech, the Belfast building burnt down - well on Thursday morning 1.30 am'ish th Pheonix Hotel completely burned as well - there is only the facade left - in case you need a nudge, the Phoenix is on North Brink, next to the Hare & Hounds, next to the banks - it was a chinese restaurant - do you remember it. The two of them were diagonally facing each other (almost) across the river/town bridge. A warehouse near there also had a bad fire a few days before. Wonder if there's an arsonist about - or just [STRIKE]insurance jobs[/STRIKE] coincidences ???? It's a shame about the Pheonix as that is part of the fantastic Georgian frontages along North Brink
