LouiseJ - sweetheart my heart goes out to you cos I know exactly where you are coming from. Due to a situation at work last year, where I had to keep confidences for boss, I was sent to Coventry by others. I tried to pretend it didn't matter; had days when I shed tears; had days when I felt real anger and hatred. Others knew of the situation and said I should tackle them head on. So I did.............. one actually apologised for his behaviour, he said first of all that I had it all wrong but the following day called me into his office, took me in his arms and said he was really sorry for having been such a !!!!!!!. The women however did exactly what I thought they would and said it was my fault!! I chose to side with my boss and what did I expect. Things have slightly thawed but things like going up to lunch without saying, going out for lunches or evenings and saying nothing and even now would never dream of saying "did you have a good weekend". i used to keep trying but now it is just down to business. It is bullying, but have had to come to terms with it. I will always listen to you Louise if you ever want to PM because I know where you are coming from and others might say we should grow up or ask them out, but they haven't suffered as we have.
