well this month I have been royally screwed up - the big payment never materialisedd as the customer went bump, meaning I now have a load of special order stock to try and sell on(special order is non-refundable). I had to pay for in full which was sold on at a lower margin , I have taken a 25% deposit but this has screwed me over massively. This was a big customer of mine whom I made a large chunk of my monthly profits from so a double whammy to hurt me - at least I still have the stock
This month has been devastating here, quietest month ever and not enough money to pay the advertising for next month meaning next month will be poor to
To add to this pain, the two weeks school holidays meant business was really really quiet, some days taing only 20% of a normal day and 50% of projected takings and now we can not afford to pay our marketing meaning may is going to be extra quiet
On the good side, I have managed to mediate thorugh the court service a £50 reduction for the legal fees of our water rates if paid within 14 days, bringing it down to £268.36 to pay rather than £318.36. Still really painfull considering I have about £20 to my name.
We will make the payment in 14 days even if me and my wife have to starve and only feed our DS£4142.49/ £131,795.91 - 3.14% paid off or only £129,608.80 to go!

Were working flat out to try and get ourselves on top of everything, probably go another couple of hours leff before my head hits the sack and I collapse, these 18 hour days are long days especially when doing them 6 days a week(im up at 9 in case the phone rings)
Now I just need to try and get more stuff shifting quicker, got some job lots to list now that I hope will make me some good money but only time will tell.
All of our job lot sales pays off debts, I would love a few more of them£4142.49/ £131,795.91 - 3.14% paid off or only £129,608.80 to go!

Woohoo - im in positive (well negative balance but available funds) on my credit card - first time since February when I paid my BT phone bill..
Today I paid off United Utilities, brought that account upto date so feel a little happy about that, but now having already overpaid by £398.36 this month I have to find a further £1400 to clear some business advertising arrears and ets do.
Everything just feels like such a battle, ive got my unsecured debts down to £6019.52, and with this months arrears payments will bring that down a further £332.. but I desperately need to get my ads on as without the ads I wont be paying anything on the measley takings we have had today£4142.49/ £131,795.91 - 3.14% paid off or only £129,608.80 to go!
