Ok, so that was quite a big payment made.... Just paid Toyota Finance off completely as the car has been sold. had to pay dca charges, as otherwise it is unfair on the new owner to wait 12+2+30 days to get the consumer credit agreement etc.
I will fight the charge and hopefully use it to pay something else off later on in the year.
Received a letter from Apex Credit management today, stating I have not contacted them (What a load of cow manure). I have back at ya'd with a copy of all previous correspondance and a lovely new letter for them - offering them exactly the same as before and that will be back in the post today.
hopefully by next monday I will be wiping another 3000 of credit off my list with the full and finals I sent out last week. I feel bad doing it but at the end of the day - I need to get my money working as hard as possible if I am going to be debt free by Little One's first birthday.£4142.49/ £131,795.91 - 3.14% paid off or only £129,608.80 to go!

Im guesssing im in the calm before the storm, as I havent releved any letters since monday from either Apex or Eversheds. Apex was the last to contact me stating I had ignored them - I replied with copies of the 3 previous letters I sent them and a new letter by return post
Eversheds must have fallen out with me, either that or are still rolling around the office laughing from the offers I have made to respond - both offers run out on tuesday so Im guessing they are not going to take them, and I will pick out other creditors to offer the money to instead.£4142.49/ £131,795.91 - 3.14% paid off or only £129,608.80 to go!

well exactly one month on, I have had a full and final offer accepted and am posting the cheque today, which will drop more off my debts :j:j:j
Have also thrown myself into the 100->10k challenge - aka the dribblers on the up your income board and have built a product which I hope to be marketing in the next couple days to try and contribute to me paying off more of my debts - so whilst updates on this diary have been very slow - I have been working extremely hard to try and get my debts down.
Still awaiting on toyota updating my credit file to show as settled - which is starting to get on my nerves, however that is a battle for later on this week (They appear to update on the 14th of the months)
My other tasks have not been going well, i still havea ton of ebaying to catch up on - and a loft to sort out.£4142.49/ £131,795.91 - 3.14% paid off or only £129,608.80 to go!

Right today the money has left me account so I have updated my signature - I have paid off over £2000 in the past months and 1 week! Still have a long way to go but things are going in the right direction.
My biggest creditor (to the tune of £16,000+ has said they are willing to take a reduced offer however I need to find a way of getting ~8k to give them at least a credible offer in the next couple of weeks
Also have launched a new site, with the aim of helping to pay off my debts - Thanks to the dribblers in the up your income board for that! Now just need to get some people to subscribe to the serviceand we will be going the right way!

ok I think I am working down to hitting rock bottom......
I havent answered the phone to an uknown number for over 3 weeks - mobile or landline which is very bad considering I am self employed and one of the missed calls could have been potential business.
The stress is really starting to get to me - to the point when an unknown caller at the door just knocked and I nearly poo'd myself at the thought of who they might be. I live in fear of what the postman might bring and fear I can not provide for my family.
Tried to sort out working tax credits - and basically the incompetant people are giving me the run around as Im self employed and they want confirmed figures for my current income + last years income....
I used to live in hope that I could get in control through hard work and get all of this paid off, whereas now all i seam to be doing is battling more and more and getting nothing back for all my fight.
I am running out of assets to realise into money quickly - which is bugging me no end. I just feel like breaking down and crying all of the time, I have never been so demotivated.
I keep trying to pick up the phone to CCCS or CAB to help me, but am at the stage I dont have the strength anymore - I just feel permanently exhausted although I hide it from my 4 month old - my wife knows how I feel and is feeling the same.£4142.49/ £131,795.91 - 3.14% paid off or only £129,608.80 to go!

Hi nolongerindenial, why don't you cut and paste this post onto the CCCS thread, it would only take a second and they would advise you on a next step.

Well done for posting on that thread. I think you are probably mentally and physically exhausted, you need to allow yourself some down time.
You've started the ball rolling with CCCS, which will make a huge difference. Is there anyway that you and your family can just try and switch off this weekend. If it's a nice weekend could you go out for a walk in the country, with a picnic, and just try and unwind. You all deserve it.I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.0 -
I hope to do something at the weekend - I need to sort a couple things out tomorrow on the car and will see about going to the resovoirs or something without phones so no scum can contact me.
I never thought I could get this low, or felt so drained about everything I am so passionate about on a day to day basis.
What scares me most is last time I hit rock bottom and became so numb and couldnt be bothered to everything my brother had just passed away and I turned to drink as a comfort (And I dont mean 1 or 2 pints) and it took 5 months before I got anywhere. I can not afford to get like that again and ignore problems (I started my final uni dissertation with about 10 days till hand in because of it all)£4142.49/ £131,795.91 - 3.14% paid off or only £129,608.80 to go!
