The poster may be getting confused with free hotel transport. When I stayed on I Drive the hotel offered free bus transfers to Universal, Seaworld and Disney. Never used it as we drove. Personally love the freedom of driving and well worth the £300 extra.

    Hi

I am thinking of going to Florida last week in July the first week in August. I want fly drive flying from Belfast.

Does anyone know if I should wait until nearer the time with the chance of grabbing a last minute cheaper deal? Any advice really appreciated.

    Thanks

If you're willing to risk not getting a holiday at all then go, take the risk. But you MUST be prepared to be disappointed and not have a winge when you go to book & it's not available or out your pricerange - it's your holiday not mine. That's what I tell my customers at work (travel agent) as well.

    cheers ;)

Thanks I know it is a big risk to leave it, but it seems such a rip off to pay what they are asking just for a flight at the minute, I will wait and see and be prepared not to be too disapointed if we don't get, cheers.

I would love to go at some other time, but my better half works in a job where you are told when you summer holiday time off is, no choice of when you can be off, so we can't change the dates that his employer has given him to be off :(
