I used them in May as I was leaving in less than a week so needed e-tickets.
You print out the ticket that is emailed to you and hand it in at customer services desk at the entrance to the Disney Park you visit first and they give you a normal card type ticket. Should be really simple in theory but I had messed up when filling in the online form and gave a wrong date. This meant that when I arrived at Disney my ticket wasn't showing on their system. However, Disney being Disney they gave us a complimentary ticket to get in for the evening as we had gone to Epcot the evening we arrived.
I was given a phone number by the girl at the desk by the entrance to ring in the morning to sort it out but decided to check at the customer services within Epcot to save time in the morning. Once again they couldn't find it on their system despite several people trying various things so again Disney being Disney she gave me another complimentary ticket for the next day and because my daughter was crying by this stage she also gave us staff fast past tickets for Soarin'Just what I didn't want as I must be one of the few people who are scared of going on Soarin'
Next morning I phoned the Disney people and discovered that because I had given a wrong date my ticket wasn't showing on their system as yet so I had to fax through my e-ticket and after a couple of phone calls back from the very pleasant customer service agent our e-ticket was live.
When I presented it at Animal Kingdom customer services I mentioned my relief when they gave me the tickets and the CM gave us staff fast pass tickets again to use that day
I also used e-tickets for Seaword from the Seaworld website and you just hand them in with photographic evidence, however I had forgotten our passports but they didn't ask for any and it was fine.0 -

When we went to Disney this year they finger scanned us everytime we entered to elimate guests selling unused days.~Laugh and the world laughs with you, weep and you weep alone.~:)

what am I doing wrong? I'm trying to get Ultimate tickets for next May but the booking page just keeps sticking on the same info. I put in when we are leaving and click proceed, then it comes back to the same page to ask when we will use the tickets from. I input the same date and it then cancels out the date of departure info. I'm going round in circles here, what am I missing?

Where does it say Bank Holiday Special?[/STRIKE] Never mind, found it. 2007 tickets are £165 adult/ £145 child. Don't know if I should get them now or wait until nearer the time. Anyone have an opinion?0 -
Often it depends on when you are going. Last year we bought in April for July and not long after I bought the offer that was on stopped (free meal at Planet Hollywood). By that I mean that most companies had some offer of a freebie to tempt people to buy their tickets but once the busy season comes they stop.
But... I would say its a pretty good price for next year at £165. Have a look at other sites and see what they are quoting for next year0
