There is the reaslisation that mistakes may be made, we never have middle names on our paspportsd and I am regularly put down as a male (I am female), but this has never caused any problems.0
-
We are also flying with Virgin, have our tickets and our middle initials are not on them - phoned Virgin and was told that this was fine as long as the first name matched okay.0
-
Okay your middle name is nothing to worry about at all - it won't ever appear on a flight ticket.
As for your first name being hyphenated....well not so sure on that. If I was still working on check-in (as I have done) then I'd say it was necessary but might be able to get it waived, however is worth checking with the airline.
I presume you are on a Virgin Holidays package and also presume you are flying Virgin Atlantic. If so then call 0870 380 2007 - that's the airline themselves. They're the ones who will decide whether or not the ticket is acceptable & you will get through to someone based in the UK.
Good luck!
cheers

I would email Virgin Atlantic with the details of your name, ticket name and passports to clarify the situation. Then keep a copy of their email with your tickets for when you check in.
I used the email service with Virgin when I had a query with my tickets and they were very prompt in replying.
Finally our middle names were not on our tickets either. They could only just fit in title, first name and surname.~Laugh and the world laughs with you, weep and you weep alone.~:)

Silly question. If we wated to spend most of our time at Busch Gardens and Seaworld but wanted one day at Disney is there a way to pay for a one day ticket at the gates? Otherwise it's £900 for the six of us.0

A 1 day 1 park ticket is $67.10 at the gate.0 -
Really? That's only about £40. Brilliant. Thank you very much.0

We're looking at going to Florida with Virgin in May 2007. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children.
Is it cheaper to fly on a week day rather than on a weekend day? It really dosen't matter to us what day we fly on.
Thanks for any help.0 -

You'll generally find with most scheduled airlines that a weekend is classed as Fri/Sat/Sun and the flights will be at least £30 or so dearer than weekdays, sometimes a lot more during school hols.
cheers
