    Yes, anything you buy from HT (including samples and stationery) counts towards your MOV including your brochures.

    You might want to wait re samples as if you get MOV for the first two camps and submit your orders online, you'll get some make up samples at least. It is also worth waiting until samples are they are buy 2 get one free.

    cattyfingers - samples do too, but I would hold off buying any at the moment. Avon has a new incentive where you will get free samples if you do certain things. I am just going to go and check blurb as still have not received the inserts for my team. Not that many of them do anyway.

    Yes I will have no probs with the returns I just did as I got the driver to take them and he signed my copies of the returns form, but the first one I did I posted myself through the post office so I am just praying that that one is OK. They stamped my copy of the returns form, but it still didn't feel quite as certain as sending it with the driver!!

    I sent both mine with the courier, but it was a different one to my usual guy, and I am sure last time this happened it was because I had given the box to a different courier.

    Well I must find the paperwork so can email the barcodes... if only you could see my paperwork.....

    Does anyone else use Loyalty cards for their customers? if so, does anyone have templates or give me ideas on it.

    I don't have loyalty cards as such - on the bottom of the letters I give my customers telling them the day & time slot I'm deliverying and reminding them off the their order amount, I have on the bottom 6 stars and color in on the computer depending on how many orders they are up to. I have a bit of a blurb with the stars: To reward our customers, we have introduced the Reward Stars scheme, where for every 6 orders you place with us, you will receive a FREE MYSTERY GIFT! Your Reward Star Level is currently:
