I did it once, basically had a good campaign near the start and was worried I'd not have such a good one next time, so I ordered brochures for 2 and 3 camps ahead. Not done it since as ended up with loads of brochures all over the house, but I might consider doing it again over Christmas for the short camps maybe.

Anyone else found they have been recharged for goods not returned ?I returned both mine and my former Rep's products, and we have both been recharged.

Ive decided that with my 1st order im going to also get a few of the demo products from the hello tom brochure. Im guessing with these you wouldnt earn any commision, but does any one know if they actually count towards your total for MOV/HOV purposes??

Yes you are right cattyfingers, you don't earn discount on demo items as they are already discounted.

Yes they do count towards MOV/HOV.

My orders just turned up but i have a couple of problems & not sure on how to sort it,

I have a missing black spectra lash mascara 32219 & avon have sent me ideal shade fresh & light foundation in nude 24901 instead of a magix cashmere foundation in natural beige 19802.

How do i go about sorting it & will my customers now have to wait until my c7 delivery for there stuff?

Hi amanda, log into your account, and go to my account, drop down the menu and you should see replacements.

Click on this, find the invoice that you ordered these items on, scroll down the list until you find the item, input the quantity missing, and request the same item again on the right hand side, and then you can request immediate replacements for them.

Avon will advise you it is 5-7 days for delivery. Sometimes you get them a lot quicker!

Then you need to return the incorrect items to Avon with your next delivery.

Ref recharges, I think I am due to be recharged today for items if Avon reckon they have not received them. My account balance is still zero, so hopefully it has worked itself out.

Otherwise, there will be screams from Nottingham if I find out that by tomorrow they have decided to recharge me for them.

Grr.
