but dont take out too much at a time and always get the money for the goods C.O.D.

This is good advice for any Avon Rep or SL. Because if you follow a certain route or always deliver at a certain time, you never know who is aware of this. NOT trying to scare anyone but my DH always said if I had to do evening deliveries he would come with me or do them for me. Especially in the winter. I tend to stagger my deliveries so I don't have a set routine that people can learn.

Guess I'm the only one having a crap C11 then. Around 40 houses canvassed so far and no orders! Some entertaining characters aswering the door too. :o

Oh tell us about the entertaining characters - intrigued face.

I am sure you will get orders. Don't give up. And remember always carry an Avon book with you and ask everyone you meet! I have picked up great customers through doing this!

My Avon faith has been restored! Been on a bit of a downer, not been getting many new customers, just the same old, which yes i know is good, but i wanted some new 'blood'! Anyway, re-canvassed one of my streets, the street with the big houses you could only dream of and got 4 orders! To the value of £50 but its a start, oh and one of them is for the Toning Flip Flops which i believe have all gone :(

Isn't it funny, the ones who live in the nicest houses don't spend that much, those that live in areas that people are not sure of, always have the money for you and order regularly.

Well done  on getting 4 new orders! here's to more orders.

Are the toning flip flops sold out now? I thought they were just out of stock. I hope not, Iv had 4 people order them so far and still got more books to pick up, I have to submit my order on monday and delivery is friday! Having a bit of a rubbish campaign 10, looking forward to start 11. Got £250 in orders so far and need to pick up about 20 more books , was hoping for around £500 this campaign, I'll just have to work extra hard next campaign now!

Well little_star you do better than me! Wish I could get £500 in orders per campaign.

Seriously thinking of giving up this part time job, it is really affecting my live, Avon and the money is just not worth it.

Avon was my full time job but my ASM wouldn't give me more territory, kept telling me to recruit more. recruiting is fine, but Reps leave, have other things in their lives apart from avon, etc. which she doesn't get.

So I went and got a job 3 days a week but after paying childminding fees, am better off just doing Avon full time! And dragging my poor DS everywhere with me! LOL. He got chocolates today. He can't complain!

Such good advice, I must admit, although I haven't done a delivery yet, I've thought about how dangerous it could be carrying so much stock and money around on you.
