Thanks Elliebee, have ordered 4 lots as I really liked them so fingers crossed!

Spoke to credit control this morning (is it me or are they also in a far flung land?!) and they have assured me that I dont need to pay for the products which have not arrived, so have paid my balance less the "my cost" of those items. They did however, tell me to ring customer services on Monday to make sure my order wasn't being held!!

Am still not sure if they are telling me porkies as its been 10 days since they were "posted". So have added the items (except for one which I can't get any more as it was from C8 clearance) to my order for this time for the same cost. At least then I know (hopefully) that they will turn up next week at the latest. And hopefully turn up in the meantime, then I can credit one lot.

What a lot of faffing about.

Fab campaign this time, £446 and still got 2 potential orders to come in! Hope everyone else is doing as well x

yippee I've got some houses to deliver to. Here I go, 170 in total but about 40 are posh flats that I can not get into. Will ring the bell on each and just ask if they would like a copy of the mag, at least this way I will know one way or another if they are interested.
Will keep you updated if I get any sales.

yay! Order 10 just submitted... Sales £1028!!:D:D:D:j:j:j

Going back round to the girl who is/was the rep tomorrow, gonna try help her sort something with her account... shes given out the goods to people WITHOUT getting the money from them first though so cant just submit returns for it all!!She now feels too intimidated by the girls to chase the money too so is gonna have to foot the bill herself!!  Need to see just how much a mess she is in though and see what i can think of to help her out....

Have offered her 20% commission on the orders she given me as there was £144 worth!! So she will still get her commmission (and so will as i'll get 5% plus managed some clever ordering to get myself some extra too ;) Afterall i will be paying for carrier bags etc and sorting the delivery and going round tomorrow giving up my own free time to try sort her out even though i didnt sign her up!!)

She has said she will continue to get orders for me though and her and her mum are totally in awe of me and think im superwoman for doing avon the way i do :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I'm in total awe of you too Johanne, and wish I could be like you. I am starting to hate my job, for the fact most of my money goes on childcare, we are under so much pressure to do so much work for so little money and if I miss the bus, am stuck for ages waiting for another one!

Saying that if I can find a nursery that is the same as or cheaper than my childminder close to work, I might not give up the job just yet. It is steady income, although I resent the amount of work we are expected to produce for very little money. It is what I call a tinpot company in the way it deals with things, like stationery, phones, and issuing payslips!

You know most days I think about how hard you work and how well you do through the hard work you put in. But there just is not enough territory where I live for me to do the same and my son gets fed up of being dragged around doing Avon.

Congrats, Johanne, you're obviously on a 'high'.

On the other side of the scale, stick with it, aureol, you won't always have a young family and your hard work will eventually pay off. Loyalty is the key, I think. Look after your customers and your customer base will grow naturally - particularly important if you're in an area inundated with Avon reps.

i have found c12 and c13 on it... aswell as HT13 and HT14

i typed "avon" in the search box in the top and ticked the "include archive" box... got loads of sales leaders manual but if you keep scrolling through results you eventually find what ive listed above. no idea how to urls work though.. doesnt seem to be a pattern.

Is there any chance you have C12 URL?

and any chance of an 'idiots guide' to finding them. I have tried to look but to no avail.

Thanks MC. Was talking to one of my customers yesterday and she can be a bit sarcastic when talking to her, but I tend to ignore it. She was saying to me "you can't expect your customers to buy from you every time" and I replied I knew that, but I hope to have a customer base that means half buy one campaign, and the other half the other campaign, so I still make money.

Empathise with you, aureol, and I've also had a similar sort of reaction but more of.... "I'll look at a book but don't expect me to order every campaign". My reaction always tends to be 'You can look for nothing; am passing your door anyway' and 'I much prefer you to try something and send it back rather than not try at all'. Both tactics tend to work but it surprised me recently that some customers that actually searched me out (they were out when I first canvassed) didn't realise there was a full-money back guarantee. Yes, realise it's hassle for us but it really does encourage people to order things if they're sure they can send it back for a full refund. (Unlike a local rep to me, who I was told took back some items and it was 2-3 months before the customer got their money back! )

Talking of which, makes me wonder if people are actually put off Avon because of some of the newbies, who try but give up at the first hurdle? Two of my 'team' have actually been 'bad debts' (despite my best efforts) and, obviously, whatever orders they had next have never been delivered..... Wouldn't inspire me if I was a new customer....:(
