lucyclare, thanks. I do have calling cards (lovely aureol is my SL and gave me a big batch ;)) but after leaving 2 cards and trying their doorbell several times plus going back in the evening AND on a Saturday, there's not much you can do! It's okay, all part and parcel. I am a very stubborn person, so not starting off strong will not bother me much at all.

Saw a Fergie commercial last night - can only hope some of my houses saw it too! :D Since I'm new, I don't have any samples to give out, but I have featured it in my little blurb. Also I think the BOGOF on SSS is a good offer...
top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne

would like to win a holiday, please!!

Does anybody know if the brochure bags in the current HT are the resealable ones?? I want to order some more but want to make sure I'm ordering the right ones.

I have a feeling that when I ordered them last time the order number on my invoice was different to the one I used to order which has sent me into a completely confused tizz.

I've emailed Avon to ask for the correct product number & will post it on here when they reply.

    Brill thanks Elliebee!

Have emailed Avon to say that I am still waiting for immediate replacement products, and will be unhappy to pay for these products before they arrive.

I have received the following rather helpful response:

I can confirm that our Credit Control Department have been informed of your circumstances and that you are unable to make full payment on this occasion. There is a possibility that your Campaign 10 order may not be processed until the full payment has been received.

Mmm thanks Avon very helpful!!! And now credit control think that I'm having problems paying which is NOT the case at all!

Stuff it, my order is due in on Friday and its just too short notice now methinks - I'll just have to pay it and hope that it doesn't happen again to this extent.

My OH was at home all day yesterday and still no delivery

And its not very often that I post a  so I really am a bit hopping mad.

Cheers - I rang customer services and they have "put a note on the account" but I'm not sure that'll do the job really.

Thanks for the number I'll give them a call in the morning as just noticed I've missed them for today!

Am still hoping I'll get home tonight to a card from royal mail but the longer it goes on the more I'm thinking that Avon are telling me little fibs.

Arrrghh - sorry need to vent -

signed a lovely lady up on Friday, she wants territory in a neighbouring village if possible, so emailed the asm as can't do that myself...its a new asm, so sent a text message as well saying I'd emailed etc....had a strange reply Sunday...had a strange text conversation on Monday (I'm wondering if avon have entered the number incorrectly as if its right, the asm is a b*tch!).....so emailed the asms boss yesterday to check if the details were right....what a useless reply....if you have access to the internet you can allocate territory yourself.

Erm...I emailed her, so yes I have access to the internet, but as it said in my email I can't allocate territory myself as she wants territory in a specific area....and in any case her account has been loaded now so I can't even if I wanted to... arggghh!!!

SO have emailed the dsm back to check if the phone number is right, and have re-mailed the asm, hopefully she'll reply within 48 hours as she's meant to....if not another complaint will be going in - asms must hate me lol I make them do their jobs right pmsl! All I can say is, if its the right phone number, I will NOT be working in that area if I can help it, not going to help her hit her own targets when (a) has no manners! and (b) won't do her job right!

Why do they have to make things so bl**dy difficult!
