2nd thoughts, best thing about C10 is that you can back-order C9 so to any newbies starting in C10 ask your SL/ASMs for some C9 books and particularly the little C9 flyer where you got a free nail varnish with everything. (Today I got a C10 order for a Quad Eyeshadow @ £8 but 'creatively ordered' it from C9 @ £5 including a free Pro-Nail Enamel..... result! :T Specially if said nail varnish has been ordered/sold previously :T:T)

Is there a special code to put in for the nail varnishes? I've had 3 ordered so far!

Becks, there is a special code for both the eyeshadows and the nail varnish.

Can you please post the item and product number you have ordered and we can come back to you with the right code to use and the codes for the nail varnishes and colours available. Otherwise, it wont work on your order.

Hi Becky,

The products you are talking about were from a flyer called The Smart Womans secret. It is a great for creative ordering as the products are cheaper and you get a free nail varnish! It also works the other way that if someone orders a nail varnish that is free in the flyer but probably at least £5 in the regular brochure you can order anything in the flyer for £5 (or slightly more and pay the difference) and get the nail varnish too.

Just watching the news special about those terrible terrible shootings in cumbria.. seems the 3rd victim was a woman in her 60's "delivering brochures, selling door to door"... my stomach turned when i heard this. I am very upset by it all and feel for all the families but this one story has obviously hit home a bit more. My prayers and thoughts are will all the families.

I know exactly what you mean. In addition to this lady in particular, my OH has just come from that town in particular, he spent months there as part of his training course with his new job and has to go back there this month.

He is really not looking forward to it.

Have asked before when a previous online link to a full brochure was mentioned but maybe I missed the reply..... is it possible to view every brochure online and if so, how pls?

Hi MC, no one ever replied to your question. As I was wondering too how to find out this information, was trying to work out if was in URL, as have a couple of customers that I would benefit from just sending them the e version rather than leaving a book to not get an order for months or get the book back. This would save me a few pennies:)

i have found c12 and c13 on it... aswell as HT13 and HT14

i typed "avon" in the search box in the top and ticked the "include archive" box... got loads of sales leaders manual but if you keep scrolling through results you eventually find what ive listed above. no idea how to urls work though.. doesnt seem to be a pattern.

Is it me or do Avon seem to randomly send some reps / SL something's and not others??
