However today I have had an email from someone claiming to be doing market research for Avon. However something about the email looks a bit dodgy so have emailed Avon concerning it. I will post their reply once I get one. However I was wondering if anyone else had recieved a similar email. Its from someone called Zsolt Kovacs whos email is zsolt.kovacs@avon.com but the link to click just seems weird
Thanks, also had the same but when I try and email Avon about it my link fails..... (Still catching up on the thread so hopefully all is OK)
Hmm.... now caught up and no-one else has mentioned. Definitely NOT going to follow the link but can anyone throw any light on it? Quote:
"Dear Representative
My name is Zsolt Kovacs, and I am working for Avon Cosmetics as a market
research analyst. I would like to invite you to participate in this survey
which objective is to better understand motivations and
expectations of our Representatives. The results will help Avon to offer
better service to our Representatives.
The questionnaire takes about 15 minutes to fill in. I assure you that all
the answers will stay anonymous and the research results will be presented
only statistically aggregated.
To fulfill the questionnaire you must click on the link below. If it is not
working automatically please copy and paste this into your Internet

Wouldn't Avon send the questionaire out to us directly? Notice on Homepage? Not to mention the appaling grammer.

Sorry I know this is slightly off your thread but I just want to know if this is a regular thing??
I have ordered from the avon website twice and both times this has happened to me with items missing. Even the delivery driver was embarrassed when he dropped it off :mad:Restarting C25K in 2014 - Week 8 - 1/3 completed

I had that email too. Any previous surveys have not come direct from Avon but from an agency, but I'm still more than a little wary of this one. Probably best left alone I think.'Better to ask a silly question than to make a silly mistake' Elliebee's Mum

I tried googling the surname, but too many hits and google brought up nothing on the survey. But when you look at the address, it looks a bit dodgy. It says Avonsurveys2009!
And I don't remember seeing an email recently from Avon or anything on the home page or messages saying that some of us would be sent an email to complete on behalf of Avon.
I would just email Avon with the link and tell them this is being sent out. They can confirm if it is for real, which I do not think it is!0 -
yep thought so, lovely virus email, please delete immediately ladies and virus scan your pcs/laptops and also run malware.

Hi, no, it is not a regular thing but I believe the boxes are packed by automation, this does occur.
Why don't you contact Avon to find out who your local Avon Rep is, or look around for adverts, and purchase directly from them? You don't have to worry then about damaged boxes or missing items, as your Rep will take care of all this before the products reach you.
Also if you are not happy with any of the products you don't have to worry about posting them back to Avon, your Rep will collect them from you and give you a refund of the amount you paid.0 -
Hi everyone!
Can i have some help please!
I am currently putting together a pack of ideas for how to hold an AVON party. I am going to be holding my first party at the end of this month.
I have already got all my products and gifts/prizes sorted, but what other materials do I need for holding an AVON party?
Any help would be much appreciated,
xxHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
FINALLY got into the post office today and asked about the Royal Mail postage returns labels I got with my C8 delivery.
The process is exactly the same as returning through a courier except you use one of these labels instead of the usual labels and take the box into the post office with your copy of the returns form and they will either stamp your copy or give you a receipt. It is all paid for and won't cost you anything.
Its still easier to return via courier but these are very useful if you miss your courier and its easy to get to a post office.0 -
