Hi everyone - hope all ok on this gorgeous morning! Quick question - how do I find the carriers phone number? Delivery day today and I'm meant to be at work but am going in later to wait for delivery. Last time it was here earlier than this and I just wondered if I can ring them for an eta so I can tell work? Any help gratefully received xxxx

Lucky you I never ever ever get mine before 4.30 pm. Unless it is an additional order and it always comes about 3.20 when I am picking girls up from school.

A question for all you experienced reps.

What time do you think is the best to collect the books? I'm collecting Fri PM, and I thought about 5-5.30pm, because it's the time most people are in cooking their dinner. But will it annoy potential clients by disturbing them at meal time?

I collect mine between 5.30 - 8pm, depending on if I have my little one with me. i always just knock on the door and then apologise for disturbing them. Not had anyone being annoyed yet (or if they were they didn't show it lol). Hope that helps - good luck! xxx

Id just go when its right for you, if your only collecting books they could of left them outside if they dont want to be disturbed. But don't forget some people don't finish work until 5:30 so may not be home at that time.

Well I had some great news from my asm today she had gave me 8 extra streets, this totals to 261 houses! so very pleased and will have to crack on with these soon. Only took about 20 e-mails and texts/phone calls to get them, but it was worth the wait! So hopefully this campaign will be a very good one!

Grrrrrrrrrr am v. annoyed. Have just opened my order and as I am a new rep and hit the target on my second campaign I was expecting to receive some free samples as per the Smart Start programme. No samples and mention of them on my invoice!!!!!! Have emailed Avon. What's the point of runnning an incentive if it's not going to be followed through!

Anyhoo, rant over! I'm still very excited about my order and am off to sort it all out - yay! Hope everyone is having a good day xxxxx
