hi all. Im just wondering how long after the deadline date for orders do the orders actually get delivered, and do you get an e-mail or something to let you know when theyve been dispached??
also one item was out of stock and my invoice says it will be dispached when available so does that mean it will come seperatly at some time or will it come say with another orderAvon rep

Your SL should let you know when you can expect delivery. I have to submit orders by 10pm on the tuesday and the delivery arrives the following monday. You dont get a despatch confirmation (the delivery dates for the new few campaigns are on your invoice) but you can look up despatch dates - check under 'my orders' order and delivery dates.
Usually OOS items arrive with your next order (if available by then).

Yes, you'll be able to get a list of all your order & delivery dates to the end of the year from your ASM (sales manager) and it's always the same pattern. Mine is order Thursday (although I usually put mine in on the Wednesday evening) and it arrives the following Wednesday - HTH
My turn for a little rant nowI'm probably just being a grumpy old woman, but does anyone else get fed up with customers saying 'oh, but I don't like to do that' when you tell them they can try a product and return it if they don't like it? I feel like screaming at them 'you silly woman, can't you see its to my advantage to have a happy customer rather than one who'll tell all her friends that Avon is rubbish' Realistically, it must be factored into the price anyway

Hi everyone, I was just wondering how much leeway we have with putting our orders in? I normally have to put mine in by 10pm on a Thursday but the next order that's due in I'm going to be away on the Tuesday, Wed and Thurs of that week. Will I be able to submit the order on the Friday morning or do I need to put it in super early?Proud wife to a soldier and mummy to two gorgeous boysDealing with our Debt Barclaycard £2022.98 RBS £1249.86 Next £183.03September Groceries £120/£102.05:( September Packed Lunches 22/6Sealed Pot Challenge #9940

You can put it in a day late but it will probably delay your delivery. If you have an ASM I'd let her know you'll be inputting it late as mine has kittens if you're late, she starts paniccing around 8pm on order night if you haven't submitted yet and emails you :rotfl::rotfl: i submit mine about 9.55pm just to tease her :rotfl::rotfl:Small business owner 🧵 Ex MSE comper 🏆 Student loan repayer 💴 Romanian dog rescuer 🐕 Hopefully a cost of living survivor 🤞🏻0 -

I don't get annoyed, just override them and tell them I'll order it for them anyway..... Sometimes I add how easy it is to return goods and no costs involved, etc. etc. and they seem persuaded. I get the impression that maybe their previous rep. hasn't offered that 'service' i.e. probably because they can't be bothered, but I tell my customers that I do it all the time (and for products for myself too). "Am like a kiddy in a sweet shop trying everything I fancy....", "am like a 'mobile M&S'" "honestly, I'd much rather you try it and send it back than not order it at all..." are all things I find myself repeating over and over.
Did have one newbie, who asked me specifically to order a lipstick sample in a certain colour. I overrode her and said it was better to order the full size product and just send it back if no good but she said she wanted to try it on her lips and she - quote: "obviously can't send it back if I do that". Doh... "Yes" I replied "you can even use it for a month or so to see how you get on with it and if you don't like it then you can still send it back for a full refund". How can they possibly refuse to order it then? :rotfl: (Apart from that a sample costs me money!)Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Once you can read the details of your invoice on line then you should be able to verify with the carrier the date and approx. time of delivery. Once you've had your first delivery then they'll all be the same and, of course, the forward delivery dates are quoted on the covering note with your invoice.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)
