    Hi Guys,

I did my first drop to my territory on Saturday, with a little introduction note in it. Also explaining that I will be collecting on Tuesday PM. I have a few questions if that's ok?

    1) Is it rude to put a little sticky note on the plastic bag, stating "Please do not throw away"

    2) My ASM advised me to order some Fergie perfume as she thinks these will be great sellers? How many of you order the money maker products and actually sell them? I have a flyer advertising them which I will stick in my next drops, which will hopefully help.

    Many thanks
    Vicky

Took my Avon Book into work today and passed it around the other ladies that I work with. All of them turned the noses up, called Avon rubbish and said they wouldn't order it as it's not their thing. (smugley)

It's taken the wind out of my sails a little bit.......

What do you all seem to compliment each other on? Do they notice each other's jewellery? Why not order a couple of nice necklaces or rings (something notice-worthy in their taste but also something which you would wear!!) and start wearing it to work. Give it a month and see if anybody notices it. If not, you can always send it back for a refund!!!!!

Aaah Vicky, don't let it get you down. It's the same at my work really, there are only four people in our office (including me) and one of the other girls' Mum works for a well-known premium French cosmetics firm and gets loads of stuff free, and my manager thinks Avon is rubbish. Did manage to sell a pedicure set to the new girl though! Have decided I am going to make sure I wear Avon perfume and make-up to work as manager is cosmetic obsessed and I figure one day she might like something I am wearing! :)

I've picked up a few new customers recanvassing with C8 which is good and an old customer has ordered again so I'm happy enough, although I do have my first order without a name!

I've been emailing my ASM about more territory with no reply and finally got a reply today from a stand in, so the last ASM lastest less than 10 campaigns :( That's no ASM and no SL as I haven't heard from her since I signed up.
I had two nameless orders this C8, have managed to track them down, so all is ok.

Am really sorry to hear about your bad luck with ASM and it is just plain shocking about your SL. I know im very new to the SL game, but I try to call everyone on my team at least once every three weeks. I have three girls quite close together so try to see them once a camp. They are my best girls and sell their socks off.

Been to see Avon man today, showed how to register, log in and place orders. All gone well, sold £193 in a week. Another newbie cancelled as she has the lurgy, but sold £137!!!

Just need to track one more down who has had to go away due to family but said her dad will place the order online for her?!?

So far, so good. Lets hope it holds out.

Stick with it, please dont quit, but pin down covering asm and get heavy with her about territory. Find your SL's phone number and tell her in no uncertain terms, no call back that you will quit. That should get her rear end twitching!!!

    Good luck.

Following on from this ..... when I was at the hairdressers the girl noticed my necklace, and I told her it was from Avon (it was, it didin't occur to me to tell a little fib!). I said I was a rep and would they mind if I dropped in a book for their staff room? She said she really likes Avon, and thought someone was already leaving a book but nobody orders.

Next time I go in I'm going to take a book and make sure they know who the rep is!! If they know I am giving them business, perhaps they will give me some back?!!

Just thought VickyB242- planet spa hand cream on your desk might also be worth a punt! And perfume as already suggested.

The African shea butter really does smell lovely and should interest them!

Claregre can I ask a nosey question please? Your sales jumped lots the last 2 campaigns, what did you do/change? Thanks
