Shuffling back to confess my spends for the day! William Hill took my pennies!

    Eurovision Bet - £2
    Horsies Bet - £1

Put £5 onto my account though so £5 spend (am letting OH use the last £2 on the account, mainly because he normally wins quite well)

Moved £1.51 into my Laptop Account though. 1p was a tiny bit of interest on my current account.

Proud of myself though, for the first time in YEARS I'm backing a country that isn't Sweden. Yuh-uh! Germany this year

    Show off :p

Got the holiday money repaid already :T
Put £175.00 into the House Account
    £80 into the Holiday Pot
    £20 into the Laptop Account
    and £20 into Gregs Account

Also had 16p interest paid into one of my savers so I moved that into the laptop account. Updated my sig with the new balances.
Hoping to have broken through the £300 mark on payday. Since I started this diary I've managed to get the needed weekly payments from £21 to £15  Hoping to have it cleared within 10 weeks though. Keep on thinking how prettier that money would look in the Housie Pot or even in the NYC fund, but I really needed a new laptop so I can't help it. I maybe could have bought one that wasn't £500 but still, I did need one :o

Noo, the holiday pot is for holidays/days out with OH. Once I've paid the laptop off money in that account will be for when I go to NYC in 2012 :D

Thanks Wendz! My goal is to one day confuse Dinah with my moneyness, then I'll feel like a MSE pro! :D Hope you're having a nice weekend too.

OH has just gone home, so I'm checking in! Money, like most weekends, has been all over the place :o I took £30 out in cash at the start of the weekend and have £15.10 left for the week. The £14.90 spent was split between tea last night, and a trip to the icecream shop! (Pistachio and Almonds for me and Chocolate, Chili and Lime for OH. Yum!!)

Also took £10 from the holiday money refund and let OH use it on the Horses in a mini celebration of his offered promotion. Bad I know, but he worked it up to £40, which I said we'd split. So that's £20 towards my laptop and £20 off his debts.

Hope everyone's having a nice Easter Sunday!

I'll admit it's not bad. But if I'm totally honest I'd prefer cheap food to bookie knowledge :D

Just made another £5 though. OH must have put a bet on the account we forgot about which won £2. Couldn't be bothered to withdraw just that so split it over 2 horses and one won :cool2: Left it in the account for now, I get into the GN hype and it saves me taking it from my wages next week.

Trying to think of something to do tomorrow and I'm seriously worried I'm only 3 days into my 10 day break and can't think of anything to do. I'll try and figure something out tonight, like a book I want to read/re read or some recipes I want to try out.
