I had quite a good night - made a giant pocket!
Dinah wins on the night plans!!
I'm feeling much better this morning thanks Flower. Just need to get myself out of bedGot paid too, about £20 down because I took the day off last week but still managed to pay £25 into my HD , £32 into the laptop account, and £10 into the holiday & car fund. £50 for the week, which as always feels like way too much! Not a clue what I'm doing this weekend though, so we'll see!
Cineworld didn't take any money out though  Will hold off until Tuesday before I cancel the DD though.
Right, best get up and moving. Pippin is wanting his breakfast!0 -
Hmph, just looked on my Quidco and they've changed the to be paid from '31 Mar' to '30 Apr' *sulk* So I've put it to go straight into my bank instead, which they say, should be paid in 10 days. Fine by me!
Need to do some shopping today, essential things like tufpaste. OH wants one of those curry bag meal things for tea tomorrow too, so a trip to Asda is on the cards. Shouldn't spend more than £10, and I can drop in on the way home/drag someone down after tea.
ETA: Woops! I'm out all day and forgot to bring dinnerAll I have is a crunchie bar. Damnit!

Oh dear, I hope you can nip out and buy some lunch! Or that someone takes pity on you and buys you some- you need your energy after being poorly!
I'm getting impatient with Quidco, I'm waiting for £50 from AA car insurance and it's been 'validated' since 3rd March and I need it to be paid so I can get my mitts on it!
We gave out little easter goody bags with mini chocolate eggs and bunnies and little fuzzy chickens to our drivers this morning and my desk was covered in the left over fuzzy chickens from the pack, it was so cute and creepy! I'd have rather had the chocolate but I'll steal that later!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -

Do you get it paid by paypal?? I'm hoping switching it to BACS will mean I get it sooner! It's a pain though, mine was validated early this month too. I was all excited!
My Dad should be back at about 11, so if I put and sad face on and maybe roll on the floor clutching my stomach saying I'm dying I might get something.I don't want much, just some diet coke and a pastie *sniffs*

My money comes via BACS, I'm just waiting for AA to pay me already so I can get it! I currently have £1.72 in my Quidco account which isn't really worth withdrawing!
I've made £58 on amazon sales though! That's winging its way to my bank account right now!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -
Go Birdie!!
I sent my £9.08 from amazon to OHs bank by mistake
OH thought I was trying to help him out and was all thankful so I couldn't bring myself to tell him it was actually for me!
Really tempted to buy this dress (none asos link!) it's only £5.25 with the 25% discount. But then postage is £4.. hmm..
Spoken to the people at the holiday place and they've said they can't move us as they're fully booked but our lodge is right next to the cafe they're extending, alongside the works for the extra lodges. I know which one they mean, and we'll be really overlooked! They said if we still go they'll offer us a 10% discount. Go later in the year and pay the difference or just get a full refund, deposit and all! I personally want the full refund, but I need to speak to OH.0 -

Ooh well done you! :T
Has anyone else been tricked with April fools? OH came home late from work at about 3am, when he got into bed he woke me to say sorry he was late but he had to go to hospital because he had chopped the end of his finger off. I blame the fact i was tired as to why i believed himBiggest Loser Weight Loss: 13 / 20 lb0 -
I think a full refund is the way to go! You can discover somewhere else to go this year, I'm sure there are lots of lovely lodge type places to stay! It's such a shame though!

Not really, OH tried to say he had to go to the hospital because he'd tripped and needed stitches. Knew he was fibbing but played along so he thought he got me. *rolly eyes* Was mean of your OH though, I would have fallen for it too if I was half snoozing!
£9.25 spent, 75p moved into the laptop fund*ahem* £40 for the week now
Text OH about the lodge, thinking he'll agree so we'll get the refund. Will use it to round the HD up to 1k then put the rest into the holiday account me thinks!0 -
Slow morning at work! Updated my toiletries list here.
Rang up and got the holiday money refunded. Got all pouty when I had to go on their website to get the number again, so pretty! Said we'll go back in a couple years though. Given OH the task of finding us somewhere to go camping instead. Decided to use those 95p vouchers afterall. I just told him the less commerical the better. I really want to go to a campsite in Holland called Duinrell though*saddo*
Almost hairdressers time. Tum-te-tum!
ETA: So hungry, daydreaming of onion rings!0
