I ordered two vouchers at my address - one for me and the other for my mum. The vouchers were bought using the same credit card.

My mum's ticket arrived about two weeks ago but I haven't received mine yet. The money's come out of the account though.

Have emailed customer services 5 days ago but no reply whatsoeever.

Haven't a clue what's going on. Could it be lost in the post? Or because I ordered them on the same credit card would this count as one transaction even though each ticket was ordered for two different people but at the same address? I understood it was one per person though.

    Anyone else having problems?
  • If it helps I bought 5 on my card just under different names - have received all of my tickets.

Creativ: Many people on this thread have had problems with this company, you're not the only one. Sometimes they obey their own rules; sometimes they dont. :(

Thanks for your replies, Princess and Brian. Update: my cinema ticket has arrived in the post today. Don't know why it came later than the other one as they were both ordered the same day - as yet haven't got a reply to my email notifying them it hadn't come (so no explanation).
