Like others on here, i've been wondering if the vouchers would be useable on Orange Wednesdays.
I just phoned Cineworld customer services and asked, asnwer was no :(
The orange wednesdays offer only works on the provision that one full priced ticket is purchased.

Ah well was worth a try! :D x
  • I ordered two and £2 has been taken from my bank but I only got one voucher.

Just got an email back from them - I'm to be refunded for the second one, only one voucher per transaction, even though they had a drop down list which enabled you to select as many as you wanted.

Got back from being away last night to receive our tickets, so thank MSE!

Really looking forward to a night out with my husband to the cinema, been so long I can't remember the last time very well....:j

That is naughty as it clearly says on the voucher condition no 3 and 9 that it is valid to watch 3d films, it is just alternative content, special advance screenings, VIP boxes that it is not valid for. I would ring cineworld head office and complain. You never know you might get compensation in the form of complimentary tickets.

    Thanks susancs
phoned cineworld on Monday, they are putting complimentry ticket in the post today:j
as they shouldn't of charged the extra £1.90 for watching a 3D film
    Result:T:T

Eh, people have received their vouchers?

I was fully expecting to get mine early last week (as I had the week off so was planning to use it for Alice in Wonderland midweek when not busy) but £1 has been taken from my account and still nothing.

    Not impressed!
  • so so happy, gave the tickets to my parents and grandparents to use as they havent been to the cinema for about 4 years!!! They used them all to see Avatar 3D at Cineworld Newport tonight no problems.
    :j:j Thanks Martin! :T

got two vouchers here too :) Will be going to see Alice in Wonderland in 3D sometime in the next week or so (when we can get a babysitter).
Very happy! Going to the cinema is a rarity as I'm sure it is for most MSE'ers!!
