    Its still showing on lots of cities but it is sold out, there is no 'buy now' button

    Money taken out of account two weeks ago. No voucher.

    Apparently "lost in the post" according to their Customer Services. First time I have ever experienced something being lost in the post and it happens to me when I'm expecting an over-subscribed, money-off voucher....hmmmm.
