I ordered two and £2 has been taken from my bank but I only got one voucher.

Thanks SO much for this. I got mine at the weekend - and I didn't even get the confirmation email (I just didn't sweat it, as they did deduct the £1 from my account).

So thrilled - this is an amazing bargain!

Did u order in different names in seperate transactions, i receiver 3 on saturday and the last one today, so fantastic bargain me and my 3 kids got a good night out planned.

Im sure they wont be bothered it dont make no difference to them, there not losing out they are gaining because an adult ticket is more expensive, U could always go twice and pay for ur son both times that way it still saves money as ur going free both times.

I ordered 3 tickets for myself, OH and brother.
I noticed the OH had a confirmation email, i dont know if my brother got one. I checked my emails and i have never recevied one, but i have still been charged for 3 tickets.
OH and brothers tickets both arrived last week, i checked my account details on the Deals website to make sure i'd give the correct email address n postal address, which i have.

Anyone know what i should do now?

Mine were on different transactions and names. I wonder if your problem on getting just one ticket is due to the fact you ordered both on one transaction? I think the offer may have said those ordering more than one ticket would have their order cancelled, so maybe instead of this they just sent you the one ticket. If you don't receive it within a day or 2, I would email them. Hopefully they might send you the other ticket.
