Thanks SO much for this. I got mine at the weekend - and I didn't even get the confirmation email (I just didn't sweat it, as they did deduct the £1 from my account).

Did u order in different names in seperate transactions, i receiver 3 on saturday and the last one today, so fantastic bargain me and my 3 kids got a good night out planned.:dance: :dance: :dance:0 -

I ordered 3 tickets for myself, OH and brother.
I noticed the OH had a confirmation email, i dont know if my brother got one. I checked my emails and i have never recevied one, but i have still been charged for 3 tickets.
OH and brothers tickets both arrived last week, i checked my account details on the Deals website to make sure i'd give the correct email address n postal address, which i have.
Anyone know what i should do now?0 -
