We are having 3 hymns.
Morning has broken
One more step (keep me travelling along with you)
When a knight won his spur - can anyone remember is from school? It turns out that this was mine and my OH favourite when we were at school.
We also asked if the organist could play Annies song by John Denver, the vicar said NO as it wasnt a hymn but we could have it played whilst signing the registers on the church's CD player, think we have changed our mind now and we will play 'top of the world' by the carpenters.
I havent thought about a reading and the vicar never mentioned one so I presume he will just read one unless I ask for something specific!!...:jGetting married 5th March 2011:j0 -
Ha ha, only work in oxford now, wish I was getting married there though, I'd have my reception at Freuds and the service at St Barnabas in Jericho. Moved near Theale last summer. Ruddy long commute... Still work from home tomorrow!
H2B is getting lovely comments from blokey farmers about how lovely our invites are, I think hes upping how much involvment he had making them (he put them in the envelopes and stuck the stamp on).0 -

Our ceremony still isn't booked yet.... going to register our intent next Monday so hopefully our slot will still be available! Haven't sorted much really apart from mine and the bridesmaids dresses. I got the sketches through for my dress and I can't wait for it to be made then I can see it for real!

ooh... ordering my veil while H2B is watching top gear. Bargain - a lovely lady on ebay is doing a chapel length veil for me with a cut edge. Its costing £25.99 and the sample material she sent is really good quality. I just couldnt bear paying over £130 for something I would only wear for a couple of hours.
no more RSVPs but received another christmas card in the post today! We can see that the invites are being recieved though as the count on our wedding website keeps going up.0 -
