Do you think we should start a new thread about copyright? i think it might benefit a few people. It might depend on how much of a stickler your local church is but mine mentions it on the literature about you may need to pay a fee and i found that very confusing as i did not have a clue about how much that would be.

I am having mixed spring flowers, I think it works out cheaper if they are in season. Try looking at some websites to get an idea of whats in season and what you like. The bigger head flowers are good (eg Hydranges, tulips) as you need less of them.

  • Its exciting that we're still getting newbies in the group, massive welcome!

I'm going for lightish purples and blues for the colours and am having a selection of spring flowers. Our florist says its a lot cheaper getting seasonal flowers so we've managed to get quite a lot for our money.

I am mixed colours, pinks, yellows, blue etc. i figure that way I didnt have to exactly match everything, just stick with pastels!

Welcome newbies, esp. Bella - nice to see another April 30th bride! There are a few of us as the weekend is popular for some reason. Cant for the life of me think why??...!

How cool that you get to go to a spa Maysie - I would love to do that - most decent spas on these competitions are so far away from me though, and so expensive, that the only way I'd be able to go to one is if it was a competition prize I think. Congratulations on your win!

Welcome to bella - if it's any consolation, I've not sent my invites out yet either, and my reception is 22nd April.

Last night Moon called our reception venue to confirm times so that we have definite times on our invites. We are also going there on Sunday to taste all of the sandwich fillings etc, and confirm arrangements for setting up the cupcakes etc so looking forward to that. Moon said we'll sit down and do the invitations on Sunday too.

78 days to go for us!

Anyone know where I can find cheap bright pink low heeled shoes? I would use ebay, but I need 3 pairs for my BM's..

Do you have an example of the type of pink, and when you say low heeled, how low? Flat, 2inches etc? Also, do you know their sizes, in case anything is in the sales in limited sizes?

I will have a hunt for you when I have the answers.

Have a look on BHS - they have a few styles.
