I really don't think you do, that's the sad thing. Good luck with life... Oh and, you might want to stop smoking, it's bad for you, surely you don't need a teenager who knows nothing and is the scum of the earth to tell you that?

    Bye now.

Mate, hes been on your back since the thread started.

Probably has a chip on his shoulder and lives a sad miserable life.

Unbelievable some of these people. No matter what speed you're doing, if something runs out in front of you you're going to hit it. Nothing you could do chap, as I'm sure you know.

What beggars believe is the self righteous attitude some people have towards young drivers. The chap was doing the speed limit under normal conditions. Something bolted out in front of him, generally a bad idea when confronted with a tonne of metal heading your way. Those are the facts. When something like that occurs it doesn't matter how quick your reactions are, how vast your experience is, it's one of those things. An accident, unavoidable.

One of the most dangerous things on our roads these days is people making their own speed limits up. Whether this is the rep doing a ton down the motorway, or Mr Magoo doing 35 in a 60, so you come round a bend at the recommended limit for that road and have to brake sharply.

Hope you have some luck Propaintballa, and ignore these wind up merchants.

Thanks buddy. The annoying this is that you can guarantee if i said i was 30, none of this abuse would have happened. Pretty pathetic really. If they get peeved off with someone because of age, they have some issues. Maybe they've had a bad experience with young lads? But thanks again buddy. Have a good day :)

Yeh (She) by the way. Hehe, so an older woman... Of course they have a problem with me. Because you know, being 18, i smoke weed, drink vodka and race Puntos every time i get in my car?

Haha. It has to be one of the fastest accelerating threads I've ever seen really. Apart from maybe the Call of Duty one on a car forum... Hmmm

Nothing to add apart from ignore the trolls. Forums always attract keyboard warriors and they can only exist in their own little fantasy world if people actually reply

Go to "User CP" and "edit ignore list". You can add names of posters you don't wish to see the posts of - it makes using the forums much more enjoyable when you take out the bulk of the muppets!

Noooo, wheres the fun in that!

This thread has been amazing reading - as far as I'm concerned the issue was dealt with pages ago with some decent advice and Propaintballa quite willing to take it - no the real value of this thread has been the frankly hilariously pious attitudes of McKneff, mollycat etc and those who leap beady eyed onto a single word and promptly attempt to make mountains out of molehills. The whole 'greasy road' thing has been great :rotfl:

God forbid the OP mentioned he had picked his nose at any point, it would have come flying back from some people here as a self righteous tirade about driving with both hands on the wheel, "what if it had been a disabled nun carrying a basket of kittens on a fun run for orphaned childrens charitys leaping cat like into the road in front of you whilst you were rolling bogies eh eh eh eh? Get off the road you disgrace!"

And so it goes on. Lots of people hate the trolls, I love em, they keep things fresh and suitably daft.

Incidentally, and only vaguely on topic, a bad memory has resurfaced after reading all this. I remember being maybe 5 and in the back seat of my Dads car - he ran over a squirrel, but apparently only partially squashed it, and so reversed down the road in order to flatten it out completely and put it out of its misery :( I remember crying in horror in the back seat as the rear wheels thumped over it :( the things our brains lock away.
