ha ha clearing nice one lol

welcome back angel! is holiday code for wedding?

nunny you could put gift list info on that last card whether you want one or not and what you do want or it could be a mixture of that and the venue directions or accomodation nearby
I am not bossy I just have better ideas:p

I've tried the accomodation thing and as there is only a tiny portion of my family coming down they are sorting their hotels etc. Everyone else lives where we are getting married so they're all going home.

We're not having a gift list. We have actually got somewhere "We have no gift list as we would prefer your presence to your presents at our wedding"

I've been thinking that I might actually just drop the third card cause it's seemingly causing me nothing but hassle with what to put on it!

Buffet, and civil ceremony so don't think I need an order of service.

Have got information on the back of the ticket about whats happening when so I think I'm just going to scrap the third card

    Thanks for the help though

Sorry to be a misery, but is there a thread anywhere for 'we've had a row and I might be cancelling the damn wedding cos my fiance is an !!!!' so how do I get my money back etc etc?

    If not, why not?

How about a couple of photos of you and your fiance? Or your venue? The flowers you are having? Little details of the theme of your wedding?

Hey Sammy, shellsuit and bubbles. Yeah we had a row about him smoking. And I haven't spoken to him since Friday evening. I have no intention of speaking to him until he apologises - which makes living together a bit fraught as you probably know. But he is equally stubborn and thinks he doesn't have anything to apologise for cos he is Mr freaking perfect and never does anything wrong. I always back down after a row, cos I can't stand the atmosphere but I'm not going to this time! :(

We're supposed to be going on holiday soon too. The tickets arrived on Friday. I'm still gonna go - my mum is going. He can sit at home and stew for a fortnight.

Asking about getting money back was more about what could be part of this new 'had a row and it's all off' thread. We've not actually paid out much money yet, and what we have paid is non-refundable!

I know I'm overreacting and I'm sure it will all work out fine. Just doesn't seem like it at the moment. Thanks ladies - now over to more happy wedding chat, which this thread is supposed to be about!
