Try Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, yes you can only do 10 days, but people seem to loose about a stone in the 30 days and get insanely toned, might shift the final bit x

The craving for sweet things is to do with stress and also that your body is lacking something, can't think what though! I think nuts are good to fight the cravings. Having said that I went and spent £5 on various chocolate bars last week then had to go back when OH wanted to share :rotfl:
Not sure what is up with the weird dreams thing, just hoping mine don't get any weirder the closer we get! I dreamt my mum wouldn't talk to me cos my sis wouldn't go to the wedding but my sis doesn't want to go to the wedding so my dad moved out and wouldn't talk to my mum and wouldn't talk if she was around

I totally understand that feeling bubbles. I just want to get the venue booked so we can think about sorting out a house for a while - both and work and life is getting all a bit much.

One bridesmaid has tried the dress on that I found, looks lovely but very long so have to find out if it's feasible to get it taken up as I don't think a copy would look similar enough.
