Lovely house. I'd buy it! Cant get houses like that in my area for that kinda price (im near Bath, Somerset).

I can see no reason why it wont sell, just a matter of time maybe.

Is rightmove not used much/at all where you are? Its the one and only place i look for houses personally.

One more thing, has anyone mentioned the oil heating putting them off? costs more to run than Gas central heating doesnt it?

Googler, I think they were trying to help the op not spam the forum. In fact I'm impressed with their response. I've never seen RM, PL or any other property portal on here offering to feature (for free) any poster's unsold home.

I am well impressed with propertypal also.

Rightmove is just used for mainland uk so unfortunately we dont benefit, I have read that the market is very slow at the moment so think it comes down to patience

Rightmove is just mainland uk not northern ireland
