Agree with fruit, plants and flowers, will look more spring-like which we need after the harsh winter! But please don't set the table, it looks like a show-home which we all know nobody lives in.

Hi. Your house is very nice, but I would add a rug in the front room and maybe re-arrange the sofas or take a picture from another angle and add that. The photo that's there makes it look tiny.

In the key info it says 2 bathrooms, but on add info it is a bathroom & separate toilet, likewise at the top says 1 reception but then gives size for dining room, which I assume is a separate room to the lounge. If I were looking for 2 receptions I wouldn't read the rest of it. Agree that the pictures aren't brilliant there are other properties in nearly all of them & none gives the impression of spacious rooms.

TBH, having the toilet separate from the bath and basin would put me off a bit. It does look nicely done though.

Ok I will get agent to retake pictures, I cant rearrange sofas as there is no other way they can go.

Will tell agent to change details of on brochure

I cant do anything about separate wc

Will get some bits and bobs in ikea

Worth a try, I wouldn't think of looking for things like that if I was looking. If it looks nice and clean and ready to move into like yours, I'd be happy.

Thank you so much for featuring my property, I think this will help.

I find propertypal to be an excellent website, it is really helpful to have streetview and mapview available on properties.

It would be helpful when you refine the search to be able to specify number of reception rooms, but that is a minor adjustment.

I will let you know if we have had any more viewings as a result of being featured.
