well there are hardly any sun creams out in my store at all and it is a huge extra store. no nivea sun creams at all - i asked and they said it is off season so thats all there is for now and more wuld be brought out next week.

All the suncream/self tanning products were merchandised in stores the past few days so somebody, or the system must of made a mistake when they set the prices up for the products in there range.

ok I have had it with tesco now, brought 4 of the products took clear photo of the label for £3.25 , they scanned at £14.00 I went to CS for my DTD. One SA said "oh we had this earlier" !! ( then was told to be quiet!) After alot of whispering they told me it was not the right product as it didn't have "transparent" on the label I said it clearly was the correct product "nivea invisible spray" with transparent in small writing underneath. The SA went away for ages came back and said it wasn't the correct bar code ( clearly lying) she was soo rude and aggresive. I asked why they were being so rude that this was clearly the product and i want to speak to the manager. They said that the label must of got moved by someone, I asked which product the label was intended for and she said they must of have sold out !!! The manager said it wasn't the product but I could keep them for £3.25 I said this is ridiculous that you offer DTD and you should honour this without being rude to your customers (they made me feel like I had stolen something !!!) She said you can call CS, I said forget it have them back and give me my money back.

Oh my god what a nightmare most of the SA of sooo lovely and helpful, and even if this was the outcome a smile and politness goes along way !

Sorry to hear Kirst that you didn't have a good result. If they knew 'they had this earlier' then they should have acted and changed the shelf tickets.

I would phone CS if I was you and just ask what the product was the CS instore was referring to. If it was the wrong product, why then 'offer' to sell it to you for £3.50!? I would definitely take this further - not for the reason of glitch, but poor CS - no need for rudeness at all. Actually... haven't you still got the photo of the mystery product? You could speak to CS and 'check' on which product the instore CS was referring to!!

Just checked my bottles, they say Invisible Protection and on the next line Transparent Spray

Excatly the same product !!( sorry she offered me them for £3.25) I agree the rudeness was unbelievable, why not say i'm really sorry I can't do this DTD. (even though they are suppose to !) it would of been the same outcome and I would of brought the products for £3.25 but was so annoyed by their attitude just wanted to get out of there!!!! (woops missed that deal lol)I am normally such a calm person

Same at Tower Park, Poole. Very small section for sun creams at the moment, no Nivea to be seen.

So no-one has come across this glitch today?
I'm ever so tempted to take a drive to my 2 local stores... should I or shouldn't I?
