    please be gentle with me!!!
i have just been to tesco, infirmary road sheffield and was looking at the suncare section
i picked up the loreal sublime self tan 2 pack wipes as it said 62p and i thought was very cheap!
then saw the new nivea invisible sprays and it said 3.25...for some stupid reason i only got the one in a factor 30...anyway...got to the self scan and the wipes scanned at 3 pounds and the nivea spray at 14 pounds!!!!
as i was at the self scan the lady quickly came and corrected the amounts and ushered the manager over....all the shelf stock had been mispriced!
i asked if i could get another spray if i went round again and the manager said no but he would allow me one more at the cheap price so he went and got me one and then got someone to change all the tickets

i am not sure if its just that tesco or if others have mis priced too

can anyone post on here and which stores please

ps....tesco on ecclesall road sheffield does not have any of the stock

    hope this helps
    xx

I went to Tesco Prescot yesterday and although all the stuff mentioned above was correctly priced, they had the Garnier single face self tan wipe SEL of 50p big yellow label. I picked up 10 and went to the till where I was charged £2 each. Cue visit to CS desk and got £30 refund - £10 in profit and 10 face wipes which I use anyway. She wasnt very happy but removed the SEL - but this may be wrongly priced at other stores. Thanks OP!

i went to bmth castle lane on the off chance i could find any of these. wasnt expecting too much being that it was brought to attention a few days ago but happily i managed to pick up a whole bunch of the loreal wipes still SEL at 62p for a good DTD back of over £66. was half tempted to clear the shelf as they had loads but thought better of it! although now i'm assuming the SEL wont get put back so maybe i did miss an opportunity.. either way cheers to op!

    Hi everyone

I bought 2 £9 meals on Saturday and did not get the deal, so I went to customer services and they refunded the difference £16.23, but when I asked about double the difference I was told no it did not apply. Any advice??

"If things don't add up - In the unlikely event you are charged more than the price on the shelf or product we will refund you double the difference"

This is the wording of their policy (taken from a quote on this site here)

If the items purchased were all current items within the deal, then I would say you are entitled to "double the difference" per the above quote.

If, however, they honoured the price, but something you purchased was no longer part of the deal, but they were being kind, then the answer would be no.
