I wasn't sure if double the difference (being 21.50 woudl have been refunded ie: 4 x 21.50 = 86.00 and then refunded me the original £56.. but that would have just been crazy - would have them paying me £86

so, the double the difference is the original amount PLUS the difference (ie not doubled)

No dtd is exactly what it says, if something was priced at £10 on the shelf but you were charged £15 the difference is £5 so they would double that meaning they pay you £10

so, double the difference for me should have been 4 x 21.50 = £86.00 (whcih was refunded correctly)

No they refunded you exactly right.

There old policy was refund and retain where they would refund you the £56 and give you the products so you did a lot better.

Priced correctly in my local store.

It is priced correctly at my store in Harrow now, but it must have been wrong earlier, because I could see the shelves full of other items other than the nivea, plus they had tickets sitting on the shelves. So someone in Harrow beat me to it.

!!!!!!, oh well, maybe next time I'll get lucky. Why can't it be on a day when I work from home, then maybe I would be able to go around the corner sharpish and get it whilst the going is good.

I missed out just got to the shelf to find a SA changing the price labels on the shelf boo boo .... nevermind.

I think Tesco head office must of sent an urgent email out to all stores warning them to change the price labels on the shelfs .
