I'm not sure that I have the sort of feet that could wear them all day & all night, so will be taking some less hazardous ones for dancing :D

Not posted for about a week as no real OS going on. Just wanted to pop on and send my best wishes to Donny-gal. Sorry to hear about your Dad.

I have been reading whats going on, but can't even begin to comment as so much and still suffering brain like a sieve syndrome!

I've got a really bad back, and had severe muscle spasms all weekend which were agony. Had to go to work today as had swapped a rest day, and barely moved off my chair for fear of setting it off. :(. Saw my gp, and had a call from force doctor who is going to get he physio to give me a ring, so hopefully I can get sorted. Never really had back problems before, so I feel for anyone that does.

Not the best thing as only just recovered from shingles, but as people say, there is plenty worse than me, so shall grin and bare it and hope it sorts itself out pronto.

N9eav - glad you didn't get your tackle out, its far too cold and theres laws against that kind of thing you know!! :rotfl:

I wore lovely flat sparkly silver shoes for our wedding last year and I have to say it was bliss! I learn't a long time ago that high heels are for short people and flat shoes are my friend :D

Edited to add : your dress is gorgeous - bringing memories flooding back! The best thing about wearing a proper wedding dress was 'swishing' everywhere I went all day .....might have to dig my dress out and have a swish:rotfl:

    Evening everyone

I really dont know where my day has gone, haven't even been at work. 1st thing this morning discovered ds2 had head lice, didn't check yesterday as he had been at dads at the weekend and has a shower before he comes back about 8pm. So the majority of this morning was spent treating him and combing his hair. He went to school at lunchtime.

Viewed 8 houses on saturday, unfortunately there was nothing that said immediately this is your house if you know what I mean. There was 1 which if updated could be quite nice, but think I need a second look as they all merged into 1 another.

wm been on this morning and pegged out as it was lovely and sunny. Made weetibix cake and carrot and lentil soup as they are my favourites.Cleaned all the floor in the lounge and then ds2 walked in in muddy shoes:mad:. So did them twice.

Floss - your dress, shoes and tiara are lovely.

I cannot take any pictures of either my wedding dress or the bridesmaid dresses, and they are not on the websites. The colour of the bridesmaid dresses are raspberry dazzle. A friend is lending me a tiara and necklace and earrings(she used them for her wedding but got divorced, good job I am not supersticious). Shoes I bought last year from BHS in the half price sale. Still need to sort cake, photographer and cars, oh and send the invites.

Sandy71 - Hope your offer has been accepted.
Jc2703 - I read your quote earlier before you edited it:rotfl:.
Elona - Hope you hear from your viewers. Good news that your daughters friend has sorted things out, it was good of you to be there for her.
Julie - Sending ((hugs)) to your daughter.
Sunnygirl - well done on the placement, sounds promising.

Enjoy the rest of your evening. Hugs to anyone that needs/wants one. Take Care.

floss2 They are all beautiful. Makes me want to get married all over again (preferably to someone richer:rotfl:)

topsyturphy Hope you find your house soon. Ours was one of the first we saw, people keep telling us not to rush and look at more but I don't want to.
They turned our offer down though:(

Sandy71 - thats a shame, did the estate agent not give you any idea what they are looking for. I am a great believer if its meant to be it will happen.

Got my oh looking at 3 more this week and if he thinks they are any good I will have to travel down again next weekend.

He said he couldn't tell me what they would accept which isn't a lot of help:(
We are going to leave it a couple of days then offer a bit more that will take us to our limit.

Hope your OH finds something suitable for you.
