yes that is a good deal. i bulk bought them from tescos online.
if you have a good shaker the powdered types works out much cheaper but i like the convenience of the shakes.
not very mse but i save the powder for now and then0 -
If you join the Boots Health Club (which is free to do - you just fill in an application form and after a week or so your Advantage Card is upgraded) then you can get the Slimfast Smoothies for only 59p each. While the 3 for 2 offer is on, this makes them really cheap to buy as it means you get 3 Smoothies for only £1.18, less than the price of one in most shops.
Beware, it does not apply to the milkshakes or Slimfast bars though, only the Slimfast Smoothies.0 -
Have looked at Lipotrim its £36.00 a week, is slimfast a similiar product and do you get as good results?GROCERY CHALLENGE FOR FEBRUARY £260.00

i tried slimfast and found it easy to stick to throughout the day at work but once i got home i just ate loads of junk b/c i was hungry. also slimfast isnt very practical. you might loose weight (i have about 2-3 st to loose) you need to learn how to eat properly. ive just started weight watchers and find it much easier to stick to and to fit into a busy day. the chocolate slimfast shakes are nice though.0

i have loads to loose and i really have no will power/self control. im eating mimi eggs as we speak. if you handle it, why not do slim fast for awhile, the go onto weight watchers or something after? i just know that when/if i do ever loose wight i want to keep it off and if i did that with slimfast, i know that wouldnt happen0

I lost 3 stone on slimfast. I am now on a maintenance with it.
If I snack in the evening I have some apples or I make my own popcorn in the microwave (with plain popping corn) and sprinkle some paprika on it. It's really nice.
To be honest what I find the biggest motivator is that I love my new figure and I don't want to put the weight back on.
I eat stir fries in the evenings with one cal spray oil lots of veg and grilled pork and brown rice.
I am one of those people though that loves routine so Slim fast works really well for me. And I love the chocolate shakes (banana ones are good too!) I make mine in a Kenwood frothie machine.
And I get the powder in tubs too cos its cheaper!0 -

why don't you try having a healthy afternoon snack like a handful of nuts or fruit that way you won't be so hungry when you get home and you will eat a healthier dinner as you won't just want something fast and fatty
