We ask to see a signed CCA, and they are given 12 + days to return one, if they don't have one, chances are it is un enforceable.....which means we pay NOTHING back. I have explained all this to NID on the Unenforceability thread... have a read on the last 2/3 pages and see what he says.

OH and I had a wee conflab and because they've all stopped interest we'll stick just now but this is our plan if they don't cos like you a lot of the ccs go way back and I guess they might be unenforcable. We've got a couple of loans and I've got CCAs for them in my files and I know they are enforceable cos there is a big fat signature on there.

Yeah....got a big fat file.....and body armour for me and OH......!! Scared silly,:eek::eek: but what the hell....I am sick of paying big fat interest charges :mad::mad::mad:. I know we borrowed the money, but we have paid it back easily, with the interest we have paid.:( Trying not to bother NID too much and following his advice too the letter, but scared!! As he says we will get defaults, but we have got 3 already.!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: so a few more won't make any difference. we never want credit or a mortgage again. Me and OH just tried body armour on for size..:D....his fits perfect, but mine is a little bit snug. :eek: ..it mush have shrunk in the wash. It also needs oiling around the knee joints, 'cos I squeak when I'm walking.. Hope I don't have to wear it for long, 'cos I think that I will get a bit claustraphobic.!! :eek: plus it plays havoc with my hot sweats.
