    You are so right PDD.....

.I think we must be very naive, 'cos when we got into this mess, all we wanted to do was pay it back in full. We have never had a CCJ or arrears, never not paid anything, we actually had a great credit rating until we hit difficulties. To us, paying it back was the decent, right thing to do, and to a certain extent I still feel the same way. :o Had all our creditors played ball with us and either stopped or reduced interest, we may not have taken this route. :( But, as you know, we seem to be paying interest and hardly anything off the balance. So we'll do it this way. At the absolute worse, we will be no worse off, except Cahoot might start to add interest, all the others would just carry on. It means that we have to do our own DMP, and again, I think I would feel more in control and pay off creditors as and when we have saved up extra money.!;)

We shall see, as you said its exciting, but also we're going again into the unknown. I think everyone is waiting to see what the outcome will be. :DIt's the first time I've been a guinea pig.!

  • and a very brave cuddly little guinea pig you are!!!

we'll be here for you, if you think about it, what is the worst that can happen??? The banks are foolish, they are no better (a lot worse if you think of the numbers) than us and if we the tax payer had carried on the way they carry on, we would all be bankless (might not be such a bad thing???) So go for it and if you feel like a rant, rant away.

    Good morning everyone,

Its my day off again today, the sun is shining and the washing is already in. :D

Hair appointment this morning, (ready for my holidays)!! which are now looking more and more unlikely. We should fly next Tuesday, but we are not holding out too much hope at this stage. Typical.!!:(

Creditors should receive our letters today, so from now on we will be bringing up the drawbridge at all times, !!:eek: I have got a new file for each creditor ready for the fan mail when it arrives.:) I still havn't worked out how to load images on here, well, I have but on the posting rules box at the bottom of the message reply box, it says "You may not post attachments" has everyone else got this in their Posting rules box.
