Hi everyone and thanks for your messages of support.
Letters are now gone. recorded delivery and a £1.00 postal order in each....£15.90 in total, but it could save me a lot more in cash, but at the same time give me more grey hair.!!!:( This afternoon, I am going to get my letters ready to send to our other 4 creditors, who we are not sending CCA requests to. I need to organize these because we will need to pay them at the end of the month, and pull out of Payplan, which doesn't really bother me, we are paying over minimum payments on all accounts, so it shouldn't matter to them how we pay.:D I don't think it will be an easy time for the next month or so. _pale_ We will not be answering the telephone, 'cos we do not want to speak to creditors, everything in writing from now on.:silenced:
I'm following "Never in doubts" instructions to the letter, and hopefully we won't do anything wrong.:D
Need coffee now, be back later.:coffee:

Never in Doubt should be up for a medal and I'm sure he'll be able to work his magic for you. and you're right, I think best policy to do what he says, as he certainly knows his stuff.
Isn't it weird that there is is whole dealing with debt underworld thing going on here, no one ever tells you about it, and to be honest I didn't google it until we were in deep trouble, a kind of "I can't possibly be this bad" mindset and then when you find out loads of stuff its not nearly so scary. I guess the creditors still rely on the fact that we'll be too morified to tell anyone, as so wrong........nowMore than Two Years in
