    Good morning everyone,

Its my day off again today, the sun is shining and the washing is already in. :D

Hair appointment this morning, (ready for my holidays)!! which are now looking more and more unlikely. We should fly next Tuesday, but we are not holding out too much hope at this stage. Typical.!!:(

Creditors should receive our letters today, so from now on we will be bringing up the drawbridge at all times, !!:eek: I have got a new file for each creditor ready for the fan mail when it arrives.:) I still havn't worked out how to load images on here, well, I have but on the posting rules box at the bottom of the message reply box, it says "You may not post attachments" has everyone else got this in their Posting rules box.
Elsie they reckon the planes will be ok from today, so hpefully you'll get away ok.

Awww....hope you feel better soon nanna......stay warm, watch telly, have plenty to drink...lol water.....ugh..

Well, basically, if you go along the cca route and it in enforceable....which means you still have to pay....nothing happens, you continue paying as before. If its unenforceable, then you stop payments immediately., I am not sure i they still default you, probably do........if they take ages to reply and it goes into dispute then they will DEFAULT you.....which means that default goes on your credit file for 6 years, and then you won't be able to get credit anymore......

If you read the first few pages on Enforceabilty and Template letters, it explains it, I am only just beginning to grasp it, and probably not very well.!! I just know at worst, it will be defaults on our credit file, and three of our creditors have already done that anyway....But do I want credit in the future....NO.

Hi all :j I have been here, reading but not posting, too busy with a DD crisis (the usual, exams due, work due in, not done it, too much partying etc etc cue tears). Hopefully a bit better now & at least she's back in Manc:eek: Beleive it or not the Swiss stash is still there - unopened - so you are welcome to it, as long as it stays that way I won't touch it.

Good luck to Elsie on her new quest - WTG gal let us know how you get on. Am feeling free today as DH has gone down to London for a meeting - as we are paying for the fare, he has to stay down there until after the rush hour so not back for about 12 hours  He did remind me that last time he went, a couple of years ago, we were on our a$ses & he couldn't even afford a cup of coffee whilst he was hanging about. Not that we are rolling in it now, but I did pack him up some snap:rotfl:
New start JAN15 - NOT BUYING IT 2015 . Long haul DFW #145 : 2011 DEBTBUSTING : £5500 OD GONE, £2000 OD - GONE £93,610.30 cc & loan debt - GONE 27.6.14 FINALLY DEBT & MORTGAGE FREE :happyhear
