    I noticed however, on page 2 of the load agreement, that it clearly states that the ppi is optional, just above where i signed for it.

    Possible comeback ???:(

    The main of the agreements state this but despite that, it have not always been the case, and they have still added it automatically to many, you have your reasons, do not worry.;)

    Just noticed the other half got a letter from HER bank that we've been waiting for.
    She requested all HER details on her credit card etc . . .

    Hiya. Quick update and advice needed,

    I just had the bank on the phone there. Now, i dont know whether it was the branch or wotever. Kinda threw me a bit.

    They said that they have received my letter and investigating it. Then asked ...

    " Was it the branch that you made the loan with " ?
    I said that it was over the phone .........They asked ...
    " Was that Dundee, blah blah .. ?
    I just said " I dunno. It was just a phone number in had ".

    She said " ok. Did they then send you out the paperwork to sign " ?
    I said " YEAH "

    She then said " Ok thats fine. We will send you out a letter in the next couple of days to say that its getting investigated "

    I wasn't expecting a phone call at all. What else can i expect do you think ?
