I would let the others come & look, unless the first ones asked for it to be taken off the market (a la Phil & Kirsty!)

Sometimes it isn't worth looking before you have an offer in case you fall in love but can't progress as you haven't got a buyer.

No they haven't asked for it to be taken off the market. We haven't accepted their offer yet, I said we needed to think about it:D
I will let the others have a look as well.

We will still go and have a look this weekend just to see what there is. I'm still in shock, everyone told us no one was buying at the moment.

    Thanks for the advice.

    Afternoon all

I'm back! I had a fab time away with work :) It was tiring few days but fun. The teens are great, there are 13 of them and they were all well behaved and nice to be with. It was my first time in charge of taking a group away so I was very anxious but apparently it didn't show so my assistant said! :rotfl: We did gorge walking, a day doing assault courses with the army ;) and climbing/abseiling. The weather was fab the whole time, sunny and warm (ish!)

I popped to Tesco to get some bits n bobs and I'm having a quiet night in with pizza, magazines, bottle of wine and my duvet :D Absolutely no OS for me today!

    Have a good evening all

    Evening :D

Had some good news. Speech therapist went to see DS at nursery this afternoon and she wants to assess his language skills again as he's made such massive progress :T

I know this is soooooooo not moneysaving :o but me and H are thinking of buying a touring caravan. We normally camp (have trailer, canvas tent the whole works) but last few hols have been truly awful weather and with the kids being so young stuff gets so muddy and damp it's kind of taken the shine of camping (and I camped every year when I was a kid). Anyway I happened to go with my parents last weekend to the caravan shop as they needed something and since I love having a nose inside them I found the most perfect one for us :T

    http://www.broadlane.co.uk/Used-Caravans/Details/Properties/Manufacturer-swift/PriceID-5/Berths-any/ID-EFC17A3A56C01D2980257663005495FF/Status-Used

The only downside is the price. £15K  BUT it would be on the proviso that we have more weekends away, bank hols etc. Having looked at the depressing price of holiday cottages and going off camping this is the next best thing. My mum and dad can store it on their drive as they'd get rid of their old one and they'd borrow this as a trade off. No idea at the moment a) how we will afford it or b) how we will even pay for it but I don't let minor details like that stop me :rotfl::rotfl:

Probably shan't post tomorrow as I am going to Education Show at NEC first thing (hopefully pick some bargains for CM - the inclusion/diversity stuff is soooooo expensive) and then we are back off to Weston S Mare for a 30th Birthday party. Costing a fortune in petrol all this jet setting about  Have no idea if we will crash with H's relatives or head back home the same day.

Taplady/lowesy - you've both inspired me to look for a tap class. I did ballet and tap when I was younger and I do miss dancing. I'd love to do it again so will head off to Google what's in the local area.

BB - Happy Birthday (40th no less ;)) to Mr BB hope he's had a good day :D

Sandy - well done on your offer. Hope it turns out just the way you planned :)

Mummysaver/tiredmum/Molly - thankfully DD has not yet bitten me. I am sure it's just a matter of time  She's bitten H once or twice and now my mum. Not had to deal with it before as DS never did anything like this.

Hope you all have a good evening :D

Happy Birthday Mr BB - have a great evening

Bitsy - we bought a touring caravan last year but ours is an old one as we wanted to see if we liked it before we spent alot of money. We do and now are saving for a newer one but won't be able to afford one as nice as that one - it is gorgeous!!!

    Evening, folks.

    Happy Birthday Mr Bargainbird.

I'm extremely late posting today; been laid up most of the day with a migraine, but I thought I'd check in while Mr LW does his WiiFit+ exercises.

(((HUG))) for Remmie. I have to admit to having no contact with my parents for eight years (they don't even know where I live) BUT in mitigation, they are in all honestly two of the most toxic people I've ever come across.

Little OS in the Wolf's Lair today (not surprisingly I guess) but we did manage to stay on track with the meal plan - luckily it was jacket spuds with cheese today, so easy to do. Mr LW has said he'll help me catch up with theFlylady tasks tomorrow:A and we're even going to wash some more curtains!

Have a good evening everyone; ((((HUGS)))) for all who want/need one today.
