Morning All
Remmie lets hope today is the day he decides to re-open communication - birthdays can be funny like that x
Busy weekend for us starts here...I have 23 MS jobs to do over the next three days. I'm just thinking of the money and the moment I get the final report done!
Our fridge freezer packed in yesterday luckily a neighbour had bought a new one and has lent us the old one until we can get something sorted. With our finances at the moment I would struggle to buy a bag of ice let alone a freezer
With a combination of everything that's going on here at the moment I'm not sleeping and I'm not really eating properly but trust me theres a way to go before I fade away
Lets hope today is the day things start to go our way...and if not I'll be too bl00dy busy to notice anyway :rotfl: <<the laughter is starting to get a touch hysterical
Right DS1 needs to go to work and DS2 has to go to physion...and we're off!

Morning.
Never got chance to post yesterday as had to go to Weston S Mare for a funeral. Not close family but the mother of my H's aunt. We'd met her a few times and we went down to show support to H's aunt and family since they've had far too many funerals lately
Anyway mindee due in about an hour so another busy day ahead. Hurt my back ealier in the week (have been having sciatic pain/tingling in the one foot) and am still not completely up to par. I MUST do more yoga but I just never seem to have the time for any exercise.
DD is turning into a holy terror  She bit my mum's leg yesterday whilst mizzing  She's whingy, clingy, stroppy you name it she's it
Not sure if it's a cold, teething or just her age but whatever it is I hope it's a very short phase
Tea will be a makeshift/something from freezer as H is working late tonight.
Apologies as I haven't read yesterdays thread yet. Hugs to those that need them.
Remmie - What a sad situation so big hugs to you. I've got no advice but just hope that perhaps today is the day he comes to realise what he might be missing xxxx
JC - <dons mother hen hat> even if you're not eating properly please make sure you keep up with your fluids xx
mioliere - glad you're back on line and not suffered too much with your big storm.

Hola!
Well you asked for it so here I am, large as life and twice as noisy. Thank you all for the replies.
Last night we went out with our next door but 2 neighbours and another from behind us to our usual Thursday night bar with music, and decided to have a meal there. I settled for Emperador (swordfish), chips and salad, DG had the half a roast chicken with chips and salad, the Empador was a complete slice across the fish, very nice, I was driving as our next door but 2 neighbour had been on chemo twice (and has had to lose a breast) and had not been out for a while, and her DH was doing the driving as she was not up to the walk, so I drove and gave him a night off to enjoy a few brandies as a treat, two of the guys walked so only one car went. DH had 4 pints , which is unusual for him, I had 3 diet cokes and a bottle water;), and for the two of us it came to 35.5€, £32 in real money, which I don't think was too bad.
Today is sun and cloud with the emphasis on more cloud than sun, but rain overnight again and some 20mph winds today. Will go into town later and have a walk along the prom, maybe fit a coffee in looking at the Med.
Breakky will be cereal, DH loves his cereal in a morning, we get a type of Special K from Lidl or Aldi with chocolate swirls in out here. Lunch will be a sandwich with some cheese that needs eating up, and a piece of Lemon Drizzle Cake DH made the other day. Dinner tonight will be to use up some chicken and ham cubes, so either salad, with jacket spuds, make a sauce and do some pasta or make a sauce and make some pastry for a pie, depends how I feel later. Tomorrow will be a freezer lottery.:o
JC - to you not sure how I would handle it if my DS was in that situation. Remmie - would not like that with our DS.
Jayward - hope you are still OK on the tablets, and good luck with your dishy Physio today;).
Moiliere - Glad to here you are OK after the storm, we will probably seem some of the devastation as drive through France next week, they are still trying to clear up from all the trees which were blown down in January 2009, mile after mile of them. Try to decide whether we can use the Somport Tunnel or not depending if there is snow around, but cannot check until nearer Wedneday.
No sign of DH yet 9.30am - maybe its the 4 prints!!
Take care

Reminds me of the time DS1 bit me on the boob when he was 18 months and I was carrying him. Hurt like mad the shock of it made me drop him. He never did it again!:p
Remmie - so sorry x
Distinct lack of OS in our house at the moment. I have been put off after last weeks disasters:mad: Usual washing but Im not able to peg out....could do it last year but just cant balance well enough and coordinate my movements:( The sun is shining but its cold - Molly had to wear her coat this morning and was distinctly unimpressed.
Im hoping to meet up with Mooloo later for a cuppa and catchup which im looking forward to. I have some magazines and seeds to share so i suppose thats remotely OS?
Have a good day xxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
Morning All.
Reallly busy at the moment and struggling to find a minute to post.
DD and DGS have come to stay. Things are not going well with her partner and they have decided to have a break. She is really hoping its just a short term thing and giving him some space will sort things out but not sure yet. She is soo sad my heart breaks for her:(fingers crossed they work things out. Some positive vibes would be wonderful:)
Its strange having a little one around full time and harder work than I remember!
My other baby DS3 has gone away for the wk end with school. I will be a bag of nerves until he gets back and have given him a list of instructions of do's and don'ts which I am sure will go straight out of his head. Hopefully he will be fine. He was really excited this morning.
Off to town today with DGS and DD, hopefully will cheer her up. She is a strong girl but its hard when you think you will be with someone forever. I am so cross with him:mad:
Anyway the sun is coming out and the frost disappearing so looks like another lovely day. Hugs to those who need them. I will try and catch up later.
Bye for now JStarted Self Managed DMP 10th May 2017.
