Good luck. I'd buy a house if I could find one I liked.

I can post but not thank, how very odd.

Site feedback reveals there's a few who can't post.

    Not just me then. :)

Think it might be a temporary glitch?

I can't thank tonight, either - to your detriment, actually, as I've tried to thank a few of your posts! - but like you have no problems posting.

    At least I assume it's a glitch.

Oooh, exciting conspiracy theories abound. :p

If we really are banned from thanking, I shall have to take up thanking in longhand, instead, in which case my post count should go up rapidly. :)

Just to add, that I've thanked most of the posts on this page. ;)

And now, as I can't thank, have to repeat - add my good wishes, Lydia, and think it sounds great.

This is the trouble with not being able to thank; most 'thanks' aren't about thanking people. They're shorthand for 'I agree', or 'I sympathise. If you have to write it all out in longhand, threads are going to get terribly repetitive.

Those who don't own know that too.

Why would you not buy it Lidiaj?

I'm sure dopester and anyone else will be happy for you if it's your ideal place at this time.

Yes, the mse ethos, which I think dopester shares, is not to save money at all costs, but to buy sensibly - buying the right item at a price you personally can afford. Buying cheaper is good, all other things being equal - but in your example, they're not - you want a specific house, which may not be available in the future, and you need to buy it soon, so waiting for further falls is not an option.

I'm sure Martin would approve too. ;)

Sounds a bit melty... I think I'd prefer chocolate in my house, rather than house in chocolate...
